A great product that is well designed. It is larger than some, but it works great. It is rugged as it takes abuse from travel in backpacks and luggage. And on my key ring.

I've been known to lose my keys, or my phone. But usually, not both at the same time. This device will help you find your keys via the app, or the phone by pushing the button on it. The newer models now have replaceable batteries.

If you're prone to losing your keys, misplacing your cell phone or can't find your wallet, you are the "perfect" consumer for the tile. It personally saved me hours of frustration, looking for that elusive item that falls between the cracks in the chair or under the car seat. The only downside is that the product lasts for only a year and you have to purchase additional tiles. Your tile will send you advance notice of the need to be purchased. Replacement tiles can be purchased at a discount, however you do need to "retile"

After losing my keys too many times I decided it was time for a Tile system. My best friend had raved about how he liked his system. I've got little complaint about the Tile. It rings my phone easily when I've got my keys and my phone rings the keychain when I need it to. Beware though...the limitations of Bluetooth mean that you will need to setup separate Tile accounts and share access. This is because each Tile can only pair to a single phone. The ideal setup would be single family Tile account in which all devices have access to all Tiles. Perhaps a BT of the future will deliver on this promise.

This is a replacement. The tile I had ran its course as I had it almost 2 yrs. the battery died. Now this new one still doesn't always sound when called, but when it works it's great to be able to find lost keys/phone.

I love my new square the white one got dirty too fast and stop sounding this one is louder and the design is much more durable

The Tile Sport is attractive but not flashy, works like a charm from (or to) your phone, should be excellent for being able to find your attached item (keys, etc.) or for using it to find your phone. The only issue is that it has a one-year battery, then you have to buy a new one. Although they give you a nice discount, that still makes it very pricey.

My only complaint is the built in 1 year life. The design is much better than previous products.

The device does exactly what it says. My only mistake was I did not buy two of them. Don’t buy just one because once you have it you will figure out other needs for it. It gives me peace of mind because I am always misplacing my keys.

I purchased the regular version a year ago, and despite the year guarantee, it died within 8 months. So I decided to upgrade to this sport version. I like the look and feel much better. Easy to sync to my iPhone/tile app (replaces the old tile with this on the app easily and I’m not super techy). Once in a while my phone will say the tile is not active for no real reason. I use it to find my keys, and when I have my keys I use the tile to find my phone. Works well. Let’s hope it last longer than 8 months.

This is the best sized tracker to go on keys. Easy to install software

Overall I am LOVING my tile sport key trackers. I use one for my headphones and one for my car keys and they have both saved the day several times when I was in a pinch and needed one or the other right then and there. The 4 star rating is because I wish tile incorporated rechargeable batteries into these. Maybe in a future generation?

I got this because I am constantly leaving my keys in different places around my apartment and sometimes they would fall in between my couch cushions and I'd spend more time than needed looking for them. Now, I just use the phone app to ring my tile and waste no time. It also works in reverse so if I left my phone in an unusual place I can ring it with my keys. Only reason that it does not get a 5 star from me is that the batteries are not rechargeable so you need to buy a new one (at a discount) when the battery finally dies (they say it lasts a year).

Put on my dog so if she runs off I can find her. So far works

I have been a long time Tile user. They have saved me from quite some trouble: The local car dealership misplaced my car keys in their garage, found them in no time; and some other tricks my little son has played on me. The new Tile has a really nice and discreet design, louder sounds and really nice texture.

This has been our second time purchase as the first ones battery died after 6 months. It was used so much that it was a good thing. We got the next step up and love this things for the in laws.

The on-going complaint about Tile has been that it lasts only about a year—no replaceable batteries—so the whole product is ditched and a new one purchased at a discount. The only choice. Finally, this month, that has been corrected — but the approx. $50 spent on 2 Tile only two plus weeks before leaves one stuck with essentially old, expensive inventory and technology. And Tile won’t respond — and now past Best Buy (where purchased) return period, as I understand. If one can’t trust a company to be ethical and/or customer focused — can their product/s be trusted?! And Tile won’t respond. On a product note, I used the Tile app to ‘ring’ my key (in a small structure) and it worked. But I’d look for a different company’s product, given the other items above, whose product likely also works.

This has helped me find my lost keys and cell phone about 5 times at home It works great at home. I lost my keys in a Target store once and the beeping sound on the Tile was not loud enough for me to find quickly. I had to walk around the store for 20 minutes before I found my keys.

only issue is you have to leave phone on the blue tooth all the time in order for it to work. If your battery is low or dead, it doesnt work. Generally when I loose my phone it is because the battery is dead. However it still locates it in my house when I need it too.

Purchased after my wife lost her keys somewhere in Mobile, we spent a day backtracking to finally find them. This device solves that problem for good, was easy to activate, and has brought sense of security. No more days driving around nd wondering where you lost something!
