    We bought two tiles. Unfortunately The app it only work on my phone and not my husband’s. And it only located the tile part of the time. We wound up returning it

    Not have decent range to find keys. I not like it cause it randomly works plus no range

    I don't know how well this product works or how great it is b/c unfortunately, I was unable to use it at all. I received a Tile Sport as a Christmas gift, and it will not work, and after over a week of emailing back and forth with customer service, have been told it cannot be replaced. My experience has not been great, and does nothing to recommend this company to me. They are unconcerned about their defective product, and gave me the runaround for over a week before ultimately informing me they could not help. I would not purchase anything from this company based on this experience. The Tile has been absolutely unresponsive since I opened the package. I downloaded the App and registered my account, then went through the steps to add my new Tile. It would never make the music it was supposed to make when pressing the button, and never recognized by the App. Followed the steps from the website to troubleshoot, including restarting phone and app, to no avail. While it was a gift, I do not believe it was previously added to someone else's account b/c it was sealed in original packaging. Customer Service indicated they would replace it and give me instructions to send it back, only to tell me my email address was not registered. I sent back the Welcome email as well as screenshot of my email address clearly shown in my app. Additionally I was receiving daily emails reminding me to add a Tile to my new account. They kept having me go through the steps multiple times to restart and attempt to add. They did not seem to understand that my issue is that I cannot add my Tile. I was to provide information for replacement which I did, continued emailing for several days, before they finally told me they can do nothing. If they had told me this up front, I would have a different opinion, but these actions make me feel this company does not care and that has resulted in my very poor opinion of this product & company. Perhaps if your product is received in working condition you will have no issues, but I cannot recommend.

    Got Tile mate and slim for XMas and they died 6/7 months after activation. They never alerted me that they were low on battery or dying, also never alerted me that they had disconnected. Fast forward to 8 months after activation: I misplace my wallet with tile in it. Check the app and see it hasn't connected in over a month. Great. Most useless purchase of my life. Support offered to replace the tile but will not give me a refund. Why would I want another one? It's like replacing broken scissors that don't cut. I strongly discourage you from buying these crappy things.

    I bought the Tile as a pet tracker. I knew it only had bluetooth range, but they talk about the "Tile Community" and thought it would work if he was out of my bluetooth range. The "Community" was a joke. Of the over 3000 people in my area using Tile, not once did I get a notification that any were in range of my Tile to help me locate. On top of that, when I contacted the company to find out how to delete my info from the Tile before I returned it, they said it could not be done and that maybe the store won't resell it. What??? This is the answer I get after waiting 2 hours? Ridiculously Horrible customer service. I called Best Buy to explain, and as easy as pie they informed me that they would wipe all info while I waited upon my returning the product. If you do Buy this thing, only do so from Best Buy. In conclusion, if you can't just have someone call your phone to find it, or you are really bad at misplacing your keys or purse, this is really an unnecessary product.

    I purchased a 2-pack from Best Buy. One Tile activated but quit working properly the 2nd day. The 2nd Tile failed to activate. I filled out the request for support form on the Tile "Customer Care" website on line giving both an email and a phone contact. After receiving no response after 24 hour, I filled out a 2nd request. After receiving no response I returned the item. Is "customer care" a misnomer?...Ya think???
