Great product will recommend to family and friends

It was great while it worked. I could find my phone even when it was on silent! It stopped working after three months. Haven't been able to use since unfortunately.

Has to connect when you try and use it, which sometimes doesn't work very well. It's also supposed to work in reverse, where you can use the tile to make the phone ring. But we haven't been able to make that work yet.

It does work the problem is that after a while it won't ring your phone or sometimes it says "will notify when found" rather than making the ringing sound. Unreliable

Only works when close by. Will give range of last location but not close enough. Does not always beep. Returned and waiting for better GPS product

I ended up returning this device because it did not work as I had hoped. If you want something to locate your keys or phone inside your house..mit works well.. But do not depend on the "network" to pick up a device away from you. I had researched and there were several registered accounts in my area and areas I visited .. But the device never picked up any others to locate the device out of the range of my phone. Its use is very limited.. Even in a crowded area.

Can fit in my wallet without being in the way. Only improvement would be better range and ability to track on a map. It often drops outvof range.

Wish it came smaller because they don't take into account your phone case. Otherwise like the idea of locating my keys or phone and wallet.

I think this product will help alleviate stress when my dear husband can not locate his wallet.

Its pricey considering they have a limited amount of time before they no longer work.

I returned the Tile Slim I purchased. I found its range of service quite limited. The idea is great and I see the potential value but not yet for me.

these were not for me as they only range up to a certain point so i could be across my house and not be able to locate my lost keys not cool.

See earlier post. Bought both sizes for the iPhone and Ipad. Worked at first then they won't connect.

Item design is fantastic - slim and made from robust materials. What lets it down is it is not really a tracking device as has no inbuilt GPS Chip, it is solely reliant on Bluetooth and being in bluetooth range of other people with a tile, therefore has serious limitations.

Ours only worked some of the time for some reason.

Not happy that the package did not include a double sided adhesive. I bought a four pack, I've got one wallet, what am I supposed to do with 3 flat devices that have no key ring hole and cost extra for adhesives.... I hate companies like this.

This product is the worst. After I connect it to my cell phone and did a trial test on it, it worked. Two hours later the tracker stop worming. It didn't locate my cell phone or beep. It's not worth the $25.00 I paid for it.
