This floor cleaner and vacuum is designed to clean with tapwater and steam. It does not use soaps or solutions and does a very nice job of cleaning the floor. The steam functions basically is what cleans and it really kills a lot of crud that can grow on the floor.

What a great cleaning system. It self cleans, it dries the riller so you dint have to take it off every time, the little amount of cleaning soultion goes a very long way. My only wish is that it had a slightly larger water tank

Wow! Not perfect, but absolutely amazing. Really makes good steam and cleans great.

I have purchased 7 of these devices so far and if I could give it a lower score I would but the device really works. Here is my opinion on the device to me: 1. Much better product than the bissell even the new heat mop. Believe me I had both brands to test it them both. 2. The parts do break easily so make sure you have insurance average vac has broken down from 6-9 months 3. I hate the fact that you have to use their solution vs your own. 4. The sensor is very sensitive and sometimes their is nothing on waste bin and the vacuum is asking to empty out the bin 5.it is not a carpet product this is really a wood/tile device 6. Not good for steps or edges or around the toilet 7. Needs cleaning frequently or it will stink specially if you forget the water overnight in the waste bin

Works well but does not give as much steam as the corded model does.
