Tineco Floor Washer Pet Cordless 5 series is now my go-to when cleaning my laminate flooring. Included in the box are the floor washer, instruction booklet, two dry filters, three pre-treated brush rollers, charging dock, charger adapter, cleaning tool, accessory holders, and a bottle of Tineco deodorizing cleaning solution. The self-cleaning Tineco Floor Washer Pet Cordless 5 Series is very easy to use. I first assemble the floor washer and placed on the charging base to fully charge. Once fully charged, I filled the clean water tank with a capful of solution and warm tap water. What makes this an awesome floor washer is the fact that it can detects messes, adjusting suction and water flow for the best results. We have a Shiba Inu dog that constantly sheds his double coat. This floor washer rollers grabs his shedded hair and captures it in the advanced dirty water tank. The Tineco Floor Washer Pet 5 Series has voice prompts. Upon turning the device on, the voice prompt will say "Auto Mode". Other voice prompts are: "Dirty water tank full. Please empty dirty water tank", or "please fill clean water tank" or when placed on the base, "charging". There is a button to mute the voice prompts, however I prefer the voice prompts. Highly recommended.

I love my Tinco mop/vacuum. Its so easy to use and you'll be surprised at your floors after using it. I read the reviews and i took a chance. My floors were not clean enough even though I moped 2x a week. I used it and i was surpriced. Ive had my tenco for 4months now. I love it so much that i bought my daughter one for her house. My floors are so clean. I see it as an investment You will not be disappointed.

This thing is great! It has been a game-changer for maintaining my hardwood floors and bathrooms. My cat has been having more accidents as she gets older as well as having kids who spill things often, so messes are a common occurrence. Its user-friendly interface and efficient cleaning capabilities have made using it invaluable in my home. Maintenance is also a breeze. Setup: Putting it together is simple. All you have to do is attach the handle, insert the roller and charge it on the base. Once fully charged, you can fill the reservoir with water and solution and vacuum away! Charging does take a long while initially. Use: The LCD is simple and intuitive showing battery level, flow level and with a color ring that shows how dirty the mess is. I typically use the auto setting which adjusts the flow based on the mess it detects. There are three settings for suction only, auto and full flow. Most of the time it will keep the flow to a low amount to conserve water. The included solution only requires a cap-full of fluid to be mixed with the water so a small bottle will last a decent amount of time. Once finished, you can place the device on the base and activate self cleaning. Emptying the reservoir and dirty water tank is easy. Large particles and dirt are stored in the upper compartment which can be easily removed for cleaning. Even after cleaning, the battery retains around 70% charge. I am very happy with this device overall as it cleans wet and dry, has great build quality and solves real problems..

I was a little skeptical before buying the Tineco Floor Washer Pet (5 Series), especially after reading several reviews mentioning a bad smell if the vacuum isn’t cleaned right away. But after using it consistently for weeks—I can honestly say, that has not been my experience at all. As long as you rinse the tanks and run the self-cleaning cycle (which takes just a minute), there’s no odor whatsoever. I even skipped a day or two once and still didn’t notice any foul smell. So don’t let that part scare you—it’s totally manageable. Now, onto the good stuff: this thing is a total game-changer! I have pets, and my floors are a daily battlefield of hair, muddy paws, and crumbs. This vacuum/mop combo handles everything like a pro. It’s cordless, super easy to maneuver, and my floors are dry in seconds after cleaning. The suction is strong, and the smart sensor that adjusts cleaning power is a nice touch for tougher messes. The separate clean/dirty water tanks are super hygienic, and emptying them is a breeze. Battery life is great for quick cleans and medium-size areas. And the self-cleaning function for the roller brush is a lifesaver—just press a button and let it do its thing. Final thought: I’m honestly thrilled I gave this a shot. It’s made floor cleaning faster, easier, and even kind of satisfying. If you’re on the fence like I was—go for it. You won’t regret it

I have a medium size dog and this vacuum comes in very handy for regular house cleaning and accidents or spills caused by my dog. The vacuum is easy to put together and the screen is very easy to read in terms of power level and cleaning sensor activation. SOLID/LIQUIDS The use of the vacuum is pretty easy because when you are cleaning up a mess it is not necessary to clean up solid dirt and then switch over to a mop. The vacuum can clean a liquid mess which has solid material at the same time due to the dual cleaning system and sensor. It also does a great job of leaving the floor relatively dry after a cleaning. BATTERY It will always be ready to use due to the charging station but I do wish it had a longer run time. It is designed for small messes but It would be nice to clean the whole floor and substitute for a mop but 35min is not sufficient battery life to not rush thru a cleaning. CLEAN UP The clean Up is simple, empty the water tank and refill it and add the cleaning solution. The brushes self clean but can be removed for periodical cleaning when they get a little too dirty. The machine itself can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The included brush helps clean the narrow opening that feeds the water from the water tank. OVERALL A very simple, thorough cleaning vacuum system that can tackle any job.

Bought this for myself while Christmas shopping. Had a Bissell pet pro crosswave for years that quit working and needed a replacement. I’m glad it stopped now. This machine works with little water, very little detergent and leaves the floors streakless. Lightweight and basically drives itself forward, all you have to do is pull it back. I got the 5 year replacement warranty for $99 since i caught the unit on sale for less tgan $300. I have 4 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids. The floors have never looked better.

This vac/mop does a fairly good job I assume because the water in dirty water container is always dark gray with lots of debris. It is easy to push and pull; almost feels like it is self driven. Gets close to baseboards and under cabinet tie kick area. I like the cleaning solution it comes with because it makes my rooms smell good after cleaning. Just wish it had a longer battery run time and didn’t need filling and emptying so often.

Does a great job cleaning our hardwood floors. Doesn’t leave excess water so it dries relatively quickly. Over 30 minutes of battery life. I like the auto clean feature that detects how dirty the floor is and discharges water and suction accordingly.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I have had a Tineco for years and upgraded to this one recently and it works wonders! We have a Labrador and his hair is all over constantly and near the baseboards and tubs and this vacuum mop combo gets so close to the baseboards and such a life saver! Before, I had to sweep the hair then mop but with this, it cuts my cleaning time more then half and with three kids anytime saved cleaning is a win for me! Also, our whole house is tile/ wood and it works through my whole home without needing charged in the middle of a cleaning session which was a big deal also to me. Another upgrade to me was the water and dirty tank on this one is much larger then the last so it also is a time saver not needing to refill during cleaning. Once finished cleaning it has a self cleaning cycle and takes no time to rinse clean once done! Highly recommend and if second guessing jusy buy it! You’ll be happy you did.

Works really well on my LVP floors. I have used a cross wave for years, but when I accidentally tripped over the cord and it broke, I searched out a replacement. I thought I was going to buy another cross wave, but I did my research to make sure I was getting the best vacuum mop that I could. I am so happy. I found the Tineco cordless vacuum mop. Although it has an auto setting, it’s a little bit more difficult to figure out the different settings than the cross wave. The charge was more than adequate to do my entire house and it left my floors, sparkling clean. I’m not sure how well it would work on tile floor as the brush roller has very low pile and it doesn’t have longer fibers to reach into grout grooves.

Very easy to use, and does a great job of cleaning the floors with little effort. Battery life is great.

The Tineco is amazing on my floors!! We have 2 large dogs (short hair) and I’m amazed at how well it cleans our floors! Battery life is great and I highly recommend!!

If you don’t have this device, get it now! This floor cleaner has changed my life. Basically vacuums and mops at the same time then self cleans and tells you when water is low or you need to empty dirty water. Ordered online and picked up at Best Buy, seamless process. Couldn’t be more pleased!

One of the best cordless mop vacuums out intelligent, easy to use, indicators that will detect debree or lack there of. Great run time. Only regret is not waiting on get this….. A cordless model that also releases steam! Unfortunately this was recently released and when I am able definitely snagging one of those! I 100% recommend especially if you have older kids who help clean they will do a better job and may not even be too annoyed to help!

I am completely obsessed with this! It makes cleaning the floor sooooo easy! With two kids (1 and 3), my floors are constantly messy and I was tired of dragging out the broom multiple times a day and getting on my hands and knees to clean up messes. This takes care of it all! … and it lets you know when it needs to self clean and when you put it on the charger, it will warn you if you haven’t cleaned out the dirty water tank (which helps prevent the smell that a lot of other others tend to have)

I was hesitant to buy this as I had a frustrating experience with a different brand similar item, I am glad I did! This cleans the floor very well and is easy to use, it doesn't leave glops of dirty water or trails of debris. The floor isn't left soaking wet either.
