This set came in a huge box. Unboxing and setting it up was not difficult at all as there were visual instructions printed on the box, and putting the pieces together was intuitive. I will say that the entire set takes some space, so be ready to find a nice nook for storage. The design language is modern and sleek. The floor washer is on the heavier side and the vacuum is quite light. The motor adds some considerable weight, and may take some getting used to, especially when handling. The charging base is also heavy, but this helps with balancing, since both devices hook onto it. The battery is charged via the base when attached to the floor washer. There is a handy and vibrant LCD that provides information such as battery level, status, and so on. I also downloaded the companion app and set up the Wi-Fi. The app is pretty basic, but it is nice to have. The instructions have a QR code that goes to a video, which I recommend watching. Once I got it all ready, charged, added water and the cleaning solution, my wife and I were rather impressed with how easy it was to handle the heavy floor washer. Although it did feel strange at first, as if the washer would go on its own, the wheels push and pull in sync with our handling. The head swivels well and can cover most corners. I wish there was an option to change it for a slimmer one for those hard-to-reach nooks. Nevertheless, the washer was efficient and effective in cleaning a wooden and a tile floor from regular soil and fine dog hair. The real test was cleaning around the dog’s feeding area and the entrance, where gunk and dry food accumulate. We were pleasantly surprised that using the proper mode cleaned these areas completely. The washer also did a great job in cleaning spills. The LED light helps in ensuring the floor is truly clean. Also, the included washing solution works well and has a pleasant scent that does not last long. The vacuum also performs well. I cleaned the rugs, and the suction was strong enough to pick all debris and up most of the dog hair. Again, we have a small dog whose hair is super finite and needle-like and insert themselves everywhere. While the vacuum did pick them up, it took several passes. To be fair, this is the same with the other two vacuums I own. I appreciate the accessories and hand mode that allows for cleaning the furniture, blinds, curtains, ceiling corners, etc. The LED is bright and helps in cleaning under furniture. Cleaning and maintaining both devices are straightforward. The washer reservoirs can simply be dumped in the toilet, using an exclusive drainer that I use to drain debris, which I dump into the garbage. There is a scrubber included and rinsing is easy. There are replacements for the filter and roller, which is welcome. The self-cleaning process when the washer is placed on the base is incredibly convenient and effective, taking the tiring washing and draining of a conventional mop. The vacuum is also easy to clean and emptying the waste is intuitive -just do it close to the can as the dust can go everywhere. So far, the experience has been mostly positive. However, there are a couple of nitpicks. The so-called quick-switch means that the motor/battery has to be shared between both devices. While the process is easy, there were times when I needed to use the vacuum when mopping and had to change the battery back and forth. Although better than advertised, the battery life is on the short side and depends heavily on the mode and type of cleaning. The battery lasted less than an hour when washing the floor and 60-90 minutes when running the vacuum. That means I cannot do a full house cleaning session at once and had to take breaks for charging. The battery adds considerable weight when handling the vacuum in handheld mode. Those are all quibbles that may not affect everyone, and I found ways to work around them. If anything, the biggest thing to get past is the premium price. The way I look at it, you are getting two devices with several options and modes for any type of cleaning. I certainly appreciate the convenience of not carrying around a mop and bucket. In the end, I can see this floor washer-vacuum combo become a great addition to our cleaning habits, making house cleaning something to look forward to.

I had no idea what to expect when I ordered this setup but I am so happy I did. It arrived in a huge heavy box and after unpacking I laid all the pieces on my dining room table to be sure complete. Read through the manual and figured out how to get it assembled. Tineco gives you an extra filter and roller for the mop feature as well as a long handled brush to get down inside the dirty water tank and clear away hair, debris. Also included was a bottle of their cleaning solution which is the only brand they recommend using. The stick vacuum part has a mini power head and crevice too that sits on an attachment which fits on the side of the mop charging station. I then proceeded to charge it overnight. When I was ready to start I placed one capful of their cleaner in the fresh water and filled it to the MAX line. Then as the machine was at 100% battery life I started in. The default setting is AUTO which I kept it on most of the time except for a couple stubborn areas where I hit the MAX. I must admit I thought my floors were pretty clean but I couldn't believe how much extra dirt this was sucking up! I did have to refill the clean water once when she announced it was empty and then emptied the dirty water. There was a lot of cat fur and some of my long hair in the dirty water tank. Honestly I found cleaning that gunk out sort of gross but once it was done everything was fine again. I do want to mention that is why I clean using my own vacuum previous to mopping which removes most all the debris and just makes it easier to pour out the dirty water and rinse. After my floors were done I placed it on the charging base and she announced the mop roller needed cleaning. What an awesome feature! After about 7 minutes or so I felt the roller and it was dry! Be ready to hear some noise while it's in that mode but worth it to have a fresh roller for the next mop job. After my cleaning I still had 28% battery life left but that was only using the mop and not their vacuum. Now here is the part I'm not too crazy about. When you want to use the Tineco stick vacuum you must remove the battery from the mop and place it on the stick version. I wasn't super pleased with how the stick picked up things but it sure wasn't the worst one I've ever used. I accidentally kept hitting the switch under the handle and shutting the vacuum off. If Tineco would provide 2 battery packs ~ one for each ~ it would certainly be much better. If you use their stick vacuum before doing the mopping by the time you're ready to mop you need to recharge the battery and wait. But as mentioned, I use my other cordless vacuum so have no issues. I am rating this beauty 5 stars because the mop vacuum is outstanding! I finally feel like my hard flooring is really clean and I'm very impressed! Its self-propelled movement helps so much too, especially since I have a bad shoulder. It glides along perfectly ~ forward and backwards. The digital readouts and vocal suggestions helps you to know what needs to be done. Highly recommend this Tineco! I really love mine and can't figure how I managed without it now!!

I have used a Tineco floor washer in the past and i was very pleased with the quality/performance of their product, specially now knowing that it passed the time test as well i can truly say that this set Tineco Pet Switch Cordless Mop & Vacuum cleaner is my GO To solution for keeping my floors clean and little ones happy! The product is nothing but AMAZING! Very well taught thru as a design and the way it performs, it is powerful yet looks good. I have 2 dogs in my household and sometimes they will get messy from outside sneaking in the house before i can clean them so now having the Mop and Vacuum and being able to switch so seamlessly between the too it comes in very handy! It really makes washing floors such a pleasure now and the results are fantastic. Never had to worry about their hair getting tangled in the brush and relying on the same powerful proven motor i can tackle pretty much any mess in the house, either something i spilled in the kitchen (that happens a lot) or taking care of paw prints or keeping the pet hair away from carpets and couches. The self cleaning solution it works well having the brush clean and dry, ready to go in about 5 minutes. This really makes cleaning the floors in my house a breeze, i do recommend it to anyone specially if they have kids or pets!

The 7 series Tineco Switch Pet Cordless smart vacuum, and washer is really a game changer when it comes to cleaning the home, or any space with hardwood floors. The multi attachments that it comes equipped with, smart features and WiFi, as well as cleaning ability really makes this a necessity that will stand out above others. Unboxing can be a bit intimidating, and time consuming, but keep in mind there are two separate machines included, along with 2 attachments and a base. The physical setup is very easy and getting the handles attached to the washer and vacuum is simple enough. There are physical instructions, and a QR code to be able to download instructions. Downloading the app gives you the opportunity to be able to take advantage of all of the smart features available. Connecting the WiFi was seamless and done within minutes. After letting it charge for the recommended 4 hours, I was able to first vacuum which is very lightweight, and does a great job getting my dog hair vacuumed in one sweep, but it does not stay upright without leaning on something which is unfortunate. You instantly notice the battery life isn’t the best, and drains quickly. You have to switch the one battery between each device, so, if you have a bigger job you may not be able to vacuum and mop afterwards. There is a lavender solution included to use with the floor washer, that doesn’t smell the best but works well on my hardwood floors. The floor washer also has multiple settings to use, and the auto mode will actually move on its own and detect where you have cleaned, and what’s left to clean as well. The self cleaning mode is a great feature, but it takes 5-10 minutes and you have to have at least 30% battery life, which is hard to do considering how quickly the battery life drains. The 7 series Tineco Switch Pet Cordless smart vacuum, and washer Is powerful, quiet, jam packed with features, has a great base and multiple attachments that allows you to clean multiple surfaces, but doesn’t have the best battery life.

As a pet owner, a dog and a cat, I’m always looking for something that will help me keep my house as hair free as possible. In searching, I learned about Tineco’s Floor Washer Switch Pet cordless mop and vacuum cleaner 7 Series. This package looked extremely interesting and I decided to try it out. Tineco’s 7 series comes in a pretty big box as it is a pretty big system. You’re getting a machine mop and a separate vacuum, both of which are cordless. In the box is also a charging base that mostly holds the mop device, and also serves as a drying mat / mop cleaner. There is also an attachment to hold the vacuum device, as well as the vacuum attachments that come with the system. To go with the devices, there is one motor/battery that is used for both the mop and the vacuum. The last thing in the box is a bottle of Tineco’s floor cleaning solution for use with the mop. Set up is pretty quick, plan on about 30 mins to unpack everything and put together the base unit. Tineco recommends charging the battery for several hours and to full charge prior to first use so that’s what I did. To charge, you have to have the motor attached to the mop device on the plugged in base, the vacuum device will not charge the battery. Once charged up, I was ready to try it out. I started with the cordless vacuum. I detached the motor from the mop, attached it to the vacuum, carried the vacuum downstairs, and pressed the trigger to turn it on. The first thing I noticed was the lightweight of the cordless vacuum and how smooth it rolled on my laminate flooring. The second thing I noticed was the LED light on the vacuum head showing me exactly how dirty my floor was. The vacuum defaults to eco power mode, which did an ok job for a cordless vacuum, but an underwhelming job for a system labeled for pets! While the LED is wonderful and shows every little speck of dust/dander, I feel like I have to go over the same spot over and over to suck up everything. Sadly, it doesn’t get much better when increasing the suction power to max, even though the sound is much louder and the battery depletes insanely fast. There are two other drawbacks to this vacuum compared to other vacuums I’ve had. One is the versatility of the attachments. The main vacuum head does not have the ability to adjust its height. The other is the dustbin, which does not always easily let the dirt you’ve sucked up out. I’ve had to stick my hand in there far too many times to pull out clumps of pet hair. After vacuuming, next up was to try to wash the floors. Finding a pet system that is also compatible or usable on laminate flooring was nice. To prepare, I filled up the water reservoir to the max line and pouring in a cap of the included solution. Next, I switched the motor over to the mop and carried the heavier device downstairs to wash the floors. Turning on the mop starts it in auto mode, which auto senses how dirty the area of the floor is and changes the flow of solution, the speed of the brush, and how much suction is needed. It’s quite nice. Another thing that nice is that the mob has a auto motor to assist movement so pushing this mop around is very easy and smooth, you really don’t have to use any force to clean your floor. Clean up is pretty good as well. You can easily pour out the dirty water and then remove the top section to remove any solids/hair that the mop sucked up along the way. When you return the mob to the base for storage and to charge the battery back up, the mop will self detect whether you need to put mob on self clean mode, which will clean the brush and the internal components. Then the base helps to dry the mop brush. It’s a nifty feature. Overall, Tineco made a decent system but is quite pricey. The vacuum leaves a little to be desired with underwhelming clean up power for a system intended for pet owners, while the versatility and the features on the mop device make up for it a little bit. The switch motor serves its purpose, to easily switch between and power each of the devices, even if it feels a little gimmicky. It would be nice if the battery could charge while attached to either device. It would also be nice if the vacuum had an auto clean mode like the mob does of if the main vacuum attachment was more a little more versatile or adjustable. As is, the system overall is just decent.

You get two very functional and high quality vaccums for the price of one. My favorite is the vaccum mop it does a phenomenal job at cleaning surfaces, and even when it looks clean, it will pull the dirt off the floors and you will see how dark the water gets after cleaning. It self cleans which is a huge plus and the other regular vaccum is so light in weight but with super strong suction power

Very nice combination. The switching of the battery is a little annoying, but that is the way it was designed. The wet vacuum is very efficient and moves very easily. The regular vacuum is a hard on the hands due to the weight and is harder to handle.

While it cleans good, but There isn’t much suction power. It can take several passes to fully clean a couch or floor. On the plus side, it is not insanely loud, fairly quiet. The battery life is also not the best. It drains fairly quick, especially if you try the max option for either mopping or sweeping. I like that it comes in two separate parts, one for mopping, one vacuuming. Negative side, you will Need a bigger space for storing. Overall, it’s a good product, but be prepared to take several passes to get the job done. Take longer also since you will have the charge the battery often.

Product came easy to assemble. Works prefect for any room in the house. Cant beat the price for all six pieces.

This will be my 3rd Tineco! I love it! Especially, this new one that comes with all the pet accessories! The warranty that Best Buy gives is amazing when you have the total tech! So thankful for this!

Works great the vacuum to mop is a great feature to have

So far this is awesome. Way better suction than the Dyson we had even when it was new. Haven’t tried the mop yet but vacuum is good.

We love the Vacuum and Mop feature with this Tineco. Great on my Laminated floors and tile. The vacuum is also good for my carpet.

Despite its weight, the washer automatically goes. Ideal for LVP flooring. A great vacuum for stairs. Rugs stay put when vacuumed.

Amazing performance. Picks up junk that a regular vacuum misses.

Does a great job for quick and easy messed. You need to give the brush mop a little more pressure to get off some of the more caked on spots.

This is a must if you have hardwood floors! Great product WiFi connect with app is a plus.
