Excellent floor cleaner. Love it.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.*** Summary *** The Tineco GO H20 XL Cordless floor washer is an excellent device that lives up to its marketing claims. It cleans so well regardless of the hard surface – hardwood, tiles, vinyl, etc. The motor is powerful and scrubs very well, and it’s easy to lift and handle thanks to its relative lightness and ergonomic design. Its only weakness is dog hair. Thus, one should vacuum before using it. If you want a low-maintenance, easy-to-use floor cleaner/washer, then the Tineo Go H20 XL is the one you want. 5 Stars. _____ *Pros: -Super fast and simple assembly process. -Lightweight and easy to handle. -Cordless convenience. -Excellent cleaning performance. -LCD icons notify when the tanks need emptying or refilling. -Comes with an extra roller head and a dry filter for minimal downtime. -Doesn’t take up much floor space. -Machine has a self-clean function. -Easy to access roller head, dirty water tank, and clean water tank. -Bright and easy-to-cipher notification icons. _____ *Cons: -Easily clogged by dog hair. I decided to give the Tineco GO H20 XL Cordless floor washer a try after being very satisfied and happy with its carpet cleaner I got a few years ago. Just like the carpet cleaner, this Tineco floor washer lived up to all its marketing claims and exhibited fantastic cleaning performance. The first surface I tested it on was our kitchen floor, which has tiles, because it’s a heavy traffic area – both from humans and our three pets (two dogs and one cat). Plus, we leave the kitchen window open most of the day which brings in dust from our backyard. After effortlessly filling up the clean water tank with tap water and a capful of the cleaning solution, I got to work and I was pleasantly surprised by the clean in front of me – despite the floor being cleaned a day before with a Swifter mop, the Tineco GO did such an excellent job mopping the surface, a clear difference between the dirty and clean sections could be seen immediately. No matter how hard I scrub with the Swifter mop, the Tineco does a better job, hands-down. I also ran the machine through our bedroom and bathroom, and the clean difference was also immediate and very satisfactory. My wife saw the machine in action, and she was so happy that I got it because it’ll save her lots of time and effort going forward. Thanks to its ergonomic design, easy assembly, lightness, cordless feature, and smooth pivoting and rotating mechanism, the Tineco GO is a pleasure to use and doesn’t feel like a chore. For me, the machine felt very light, but to my petite wife (5’ 4”, 105 lb.), it felt a bit heavy. The manual warns against tilting the machine too much to prevent water leakage, and it’s fortunately easy to tell when you’re doing that – the air suction sound volume and character will change. That’s when you know you should stop tilting the machine backward, and return it back to a more forward position. I appreciate that Tineco included a spare roller brush, an extra filter, and a cleaning tool. While they’re being cleaned and dried, you can continue with the vacuuming and mopping by using the spare set. On the topic of vacuuming, I have to say that although the Tineco GO does do a good job as a vacuum cleaner, I would NOT recommend vacuuming with it. That’s because dog, cat, and human hair can all easily clog up the hole at the base of the dirty water tank (see my pic), and it’s somewhat difficult and trickly to extract them. The included cleaning tool is not much help for that area so a different tool or solution will be required. So, I highly recommend that you vacuum the area first being mopping with the Tineco GO. I like the presence of a “boost mode” that Tineco calls the Max Mode. The machine will get a bit louder and the roller brush will spin faster, but it’ll result in better results on heavily soiled areas. Compared to the normal mode, the Max Mode will reduce the battery life by about 10 minutes but I think the trade-off is worth it. After you’re done cleaning the floor, there is an option to place the Tineco GO on top of the storage tray and press the self-cleaning button. It requires that the device is plugged in and the water level inside the clean water tank is greater than 40%, but it’s definitely a nice feature to have since the cleaning is performed automatically by the machine thus saving you some time. Overall, I’m quite happy and impressed by the Tineco GO H20 XL. With three indoor animals inside the house, including a large 95-lb Goldador that sheds a lot and is very active, having this machine really helps us to cut down on the time and effort required to keep our house clean. It’s a 5-Star Win~!

Fairly Large and Heavy But Cleans Well
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually mop floors on my hands and knees so an appliance that allowed me to do it standing up seemed like something I could really use. I have a Tineco cordless vacuum and I was expecting the floor washer to be equally compact, lightweight and have an external rechargeable battery. The Tineco Go H2O XL was much larger than I expected. I suppose the XL should’ve given me a clue. It’s almost as big as a carpet cleaner, is fairly heavy and is charged via an adaptor that is plugged into the wall. Now I have 2 Tineco appliances, but they operate and charge differently. I was disappointed that there wasn't consistency within the brand. The assembly was straightforward, but the instructions were confusing to me. The accessory list includes the Dry Filter and the Brush Roller, which I found loose in the box. The instructions say to be sure and install the Dry Filter before use, but nothing says where it goes. I took everything apart, trying to find a place to put it, and finally determined that it was an extra. There was already one in the dirty water container. The same thing happened with the Brush Roller. A footnote saying that those 2 loose items are extra would be helpful. A bottle of cleaning solution is included. Fragrance is listed on the ingredient list and the concentrated solution has a faint smell, but I couldn’t smell anything in the diluted wash water. I’m allergic to scented products but will probably be OK with this one. The instructions say to only use the Tineco brand in the appliance. Scented or unscented replacement bottles are available for about $25. While cleaning the floor in my socks, my feet barely got wet as I walked behind the appliance, so it did a good job of cleaning up after itself. It's self propelled so it didn't take much effort to maneuver it across the floors. I didn’t think my floors were very dirty since I’d just vacuumed them, but the water in the dirty water container was very dirty. There was only the equivalent of a small glass of water in the dirty container after washing the floors in 3 rooms so it appears that the tank of clean washing water will last for some time. There is a self cleaning function that cleans the brush roller. It seemed to do a good job, but it did use quite a bit of the cleaning solution. It seems to me that the brush roller would self clean as it washes and vacuums, so cleaning it doesn’t seem as important as cleaning out the dirty water container and filter after each use. That was the yucky chore. There isn’t a self cleaning function for that. The run time on a full charge is about 20 minutes, which should be enough time to clean several rooms. The instructions do say that if not used consistently, the battery should be charged every 3 months for optimal performance. I did find out that the power button is locked out when the charger is attached, which is a good safety feature. Overall, the Tineco Go H2O XL did a good job of cleaning the floors and it was faster than cleaning by hand. Removing and cleaning the dirty water container and filter and removing and drying the brush were the parts I didn’t like. They made the process take twice as long. I think that using the disposable wet pad on a stick commercial product would be less work overall and wouldn’t take up as much storage space. However, for someone with more hard surface floors than I have or who has to mop them frequently, the Tineco floor washer would be worth the investment.

An Effective Time-Saving Floor Washer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to admit that, among all my household chores, floor washing the old-fashioned way with bucket and mop is my least favorite. I find it time-consuming, back-breaking, tedious, and messy. That is probably why I don't do it as often as I should. After reading about the Tineco iFloor 5 Series GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer, I quickly ordered it hoping that it would alleviate my floor-washing issues. So far, so good! When I received the H2O XL, I excitedly set out the relatively lightweight, intuitively designed washer unit and the included accessories from the box and began to read the comprehensive Instruction Manual that was included in the box. There are a number of Important Safety Instructions that I suggest reading and heeding before using the unit, if you wish to keep it in working condition, such as: use only indoors on non-carpeted floors being careful not to run over loose objects or edges of area rugs, which could stall the brush and hasten pre-mature belt failure; keep unit's openings free of dust, lint, hair or anything that could inhibit air flow; do not use to pick up ultrafine particles such as lime, cement, sawdust, gypsum powder or ashes; and always clean the Dirty Water Tank after each use to avoid potential blockage and odors. There are many more with good advice. Moving through the manual to the Overview of the product, I could see that the H2O XL Washer unit arrived fully assembled except for the handle. A quick look at the Assembly page shows that all it takes to make the assembly complete is aligning the handle with notched recepticle and pushing it down until you hear a click. Simple! There is a button to remove the handle in the future, if need be. The accessories included with the washer are: a bottle of Tineco's Deodorizing & Cleaning Solution, an extra Brush Roller, an extra Dry Filter, a Dirty Water Tank Cleaning Tool (soft brush), a Dry Filter Holder, an Accessory Holder and a Storage Tray. Before using for the first time, the manual suggests charging the battery with the included Tineco Adapter for 4 to 5 hours in an indoor environment with temperatures between ~40 degrees F to no more than 104 degrees F. In the manual's Charging Instructions, it makes a note that the washer unit has a built in battery Cooling System which comes on automatically when plugged in to charge. I left it charge overnight. The listed Run Time for the H2O XL is 30 minutes in the ECO mode, but in MAX mode that time goes down to 23. When I first read that, I didn't think that would be enough time to get much done. However, after a quick fill of the Clean Water Tank (not Hot Water per manual) and a quick add of 1/2 a cap of the Cleaning Solution. I was able to get my whole Master Bathroom floor completed in about 5 minutes and the washer's Digital Readout still read a full charge. Even though I took the time to vacuum the floor thoroughly first and moved the bath rugs and chairs, the whole process only took about 15 minutes with little labor and excellent results. The H2O XL cleaned my floor beautifully and left only the barest skim of water, which dried very quickly. I have never washed a floor so easily and quickly. The clean-up of the machine was fast and easy. The well thought-out design of the product made it simple to remove the filter and Dirty Water Tank and the included cleaning tool made it a breeze to clean it. I highly suggest this Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer to anyone looking to save time and effort and still get a great, clean result.

Good but not without a few issues.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was kind of stoked to get the chance to review the Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer because I’m a neat freak and neither my steam mop nor the spray mop I have seemed to be doing the greatest job. While I was (grossly) impressed at how much gunk the GO H2O XL got off of what I thought were relatively clean floors, there were a few issues that make it perhaps still not what I’m looking for. Let’s start with some of the things I really liked about the Tineco GO: - Easy to Assemble: Insert the handle into the main device, done. Seriously, that’s it. Everything else in the box not already on installed on the device are spares (roller mop, filter), power cord, cleaning solution (of which you need very little each time), a cleaning brush, and the stand. - Cleaning Ability: I know this should probably be all that matters but the best cleaning device in the world isn’t much good if I don’t want to use it. I had just the week before vacuumed, swiffered, and spray mopped all the same floors that I cleaned with the Tineco GO. I then left town on a trip and my wife says she hardly used the areas that I used to test the washer. I was astounded at how much dirt and gunk that this thing picked up. I’ve attached some pictures of just what came out of the Dirty Water Tank (DWT), and I couldn’t believe THAT was still on the floor. - Noise: For being as obviously good at picking up dirt as it is, it is reasonably quiet. It’s still a vacuum, but even on the MAX mode, it was not too bad. - Mobility & Furniture Clearance: The Tineco GO H2O is remarkably agile while cleaning, and the thing practically wants to drag you along on its cleaning journey. It can get under a lot of pieces of furniture, which helps it get your floors a bit cleaner and keeps you from bumping into as many things as well, further improving mobility. Ok, now here’s the stuff I didn’t like: - Fluid Capacity: I have a large home and I was only trying to test out the GO H2O on a fraction of its flooring (it’s all tile or vinyl ‘planking’). I was able to clean maybe about 500 square feet of flooring before it ran out of the cleaning solution. Granted, I was on MAX for most of the time, but frankly, I think that’s really the only mode worth using. - Battery Life: If I hadn’t run out of fluid, I would have run out of battery shortly afterwards. Again, it was on MAX but it’s really the only mode worth using. - Low Fluid/Full Dirty Tank Indicators: Despite being out of fluid and the DWT being full, I did not know if because neither of the indicators lit up on the top display of the GO H2O. I only stopped because I noticed nasty dirty water being flung out of the device on the floors and on my shoes. It was then that I saw that I needed to refill/empty the bins. It was pretty gross how much dirty fluid this thing kicks out when full and I’m glad I was wearing just some cruddy ‘hang out in the house’ shoes because otherwise I’d have been pretty mad. - Only One Useful Mode: While there is an ECO mode for the device, I can’t see where it would be of any use to anyone. It seems to barely lay down enough fluid to clean anything and required my to do several passes to even make an area of the floor look like I had used anything on it. This should really just have an on/off button. - Cleaning the Cleaner: Beyond having to clean up the mess that the Go H2O made on the floors and my shoes, it also made a mess of itself. But even had it not spit dirty water everywhere, the cleaning process after using it, while relatively straightforward and easy, takes time. If you think that this is going to be a device you just fill, clean, empty and then put away for the next cleaning, you are incorrect. Not only do you need to disassemble everything to wipe down a bunch of the interior surfaces, as well as empty, rinse, and dry many of the bins and filters, but you will also need to run the roller self clean. I posted before and after pictures of the mop head along side the unused spare, and while it may not look all that dirty, I have a video link here to what exactly was sucked out of it after doing the self clean. Oh and by the way, this is AFTER I had cleaned and wiped down everything else. YouTube video of self clean (sorry if it’s not super awesome, I’m no Spielberg): https://youtube.com/shorts/KyAhlNDrbQY?si=NAg9qvmUTwNRcXVG Conclusion: I’m not exactly sure who this thing is for. The amount of refilling, recharging, and cleaning of this thing make it impractical for someone with as much flooring as I have. Perhaps if you have a 1000 sq/ft place with about 600-700 sq/ft of floors that need cleaning (everything else covered by the bed, couch, TV stand, etc.), this might be just perfect for you. You’ll be able to do everything in one shot. Any more than that, and the turn-around time/actions may negate much of the benefit for the Go H2O. I’d probably say this is worth maybe 3.5 stars but I can’t give half stars. It may also add a half star if you can get it on sale. I mean, it’s already a decent price for what it does, but if you can get it for cheaper, that will help negate some of the other issues.

Great cleaner! Making life easier with kiddos!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dare I say, "Game Changer"? Well, it's not that good, but it's a much better cleaning experience than the ol' sweeper, then pull out the mop method! I live with a house full of women/girls/babies! And as the only guy in the house, I have to deal with hair from the four legged shedder, the 2 year old shedder, the 6 year old shedder, the pre-teen shedder and the wife... I mean my love and one and only that does nothing wrong ;-) Anyway long story short, there's a lot of hair on the ground and it drives me nuts! The younger girls just make a mess whenever they eat and it's always a battle getting the floors clean around the kitchen table! In comes the Tineco to the rescue! It vacuums AND mops at the same time! Why hasn't this existed until now? Or am I just not in the know? Seriously, it's so amazing! Dog hair, human hair, crumbs, sticky stuff, etc. It just rolls over it and out comes a clean floor so to speak! I will admit, I didn't quite understand the setup, or how it operated. I had to read the instructions to get a full understanding of it and I highly recommend you all do too. There's some nuances that I didn't consider like not using super hot water, or not pressing the water button during cleaning. That's to self clean the roller, which did I meantion it has a self cleaning roller which is awesome! It also doesn't recommend soaking the roller which I understand. But detangling the hair, rinsing the roller and putting it back in is super easy and worth the effort. I don't like the idea of having proprietary cleaning solutions, but if it keeps the roller safe and functional for a long time, sure I will use it. Luckily it comes with quite a big bottle inside the box. So you don't have to buy your own right away! One thing I'm glad I read in the manual was after rinsing the roller off, it recommends completely drying before reinstalling back into the vacuum. Thankfully there's a tray that comes with the machine you can add it to and swap to the other one and swap back when the time comes. It really makes it convenient for you. The battery life is also pretty decent. It claims to have 23 minutes in standard mode and I never even got close to that cleaning the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom in that time. Long story short, this is a big time saver and I recommend it for anyone needing a quick way to clean up your hardwood, LVP, or tile floors. I'm a happy camper!

You Don’t Know How Dirty Your Floors Are…
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Until you’ve given the Tineco Go a try. For as long as I can remember, we’ve been a mop and bucket household. Sure we’ve tried other things like wet jets etc, but never felt like anything cleans our hard floors as good as the tried and true. That being said, my biggest complaint has always been how much effort and time it takes to achieve a really thorough clean. With two dogs running around and frequent guests, our floors require vacuuming prior to mopping. By the time I finish cleaning the entryways and kitchen, my motivation to continue is pretty much gone. The Tineco Go has made cleaning so fast and enjoyable by combining vacuuming and mopping into one device. It’s easy to use, propels itself forward, is quiet, has plenty of solution and dirty water capacity, and can clean all of our hard floors on a single charge. My absolute favorite part about it is the self cleaning feature. Once I’m done cleaning, I simply put it back onto its storage base, plug it in, and push the self clean button. The Tineco Go washes the roller and sucks up any loose debris around the cleaning head. Dump the dirty water container after and you’re good to go. Sure beats dumping buckets of dirty water in the bathtub, then wringing out a nasty mop head and waiting for it to dry. Ultimately I also feel like it also does a better job cleaning than a mop because it doesn’t leave any residue on our floors. The amount of cleaning solution dispensed to the roller is controlled and consistent. It’s then immediately sucked up into the dirty water reservoir. The vacuum itself handles short dog hair like a dream. Every time I use this thing, I make my husband walk on the floors and we both bask in how lovely and clean our floors feel on our bare feet. If you’re on the fence about buying one, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Basic Cordless Floor Washer no bells or whistles
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tineco GO H20 XL Cordless Floor Washer is a basic vacuum/mop. I also own the Tineco Floor One S5 which I am comparing with the Tineco Go H20 XL. The Tineco Go XL arrived in a timely manner. The box is huge however it is not heavy. Included in the box was the Tineco Go XL floor washer, the handle, an extra roller brush, an extra filter, a cleaning brush, cleaning solution, base for Go XL floor washer, two attachments for the base, and a charger. I did not receive an instruction booklet. I found a quick start guide that was printed inside of the box. As I already own the Tineco One S5, I also have the Tineco Life app. Unfortunately I could not get the app to recognize the Tineco Go XL floor washer. I don't know if it is compatible or not, as I mentioned before I did not receive an instruction booklet or leaflet. I followed the Quick start simple steps inside of the box. It powered on and cleaned just as well as the Tineco One S5 without all of the bells and whistles. Instead of voice command, this floor washer has lights that will tell you when to empty the dirty water tank, and when to run the self cleaner. At the moment I am dog sitting my daughter's Shiba Inu dog. He constantly sheds because he is double coated, and it's summer. The Tineco Go H20 sucked up the dog hair without any problems. It also sucks up his spilled dog food without any problems This is a simple to use, lightweight Floor Washer. Highly recommend.

Quiet cleaner works great!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tineco floor cleaner XL H20 came nicley packaged with no apparent damage however mine was missing the cleaning brush or at least it’s indicated on the start up guide that I should have received one. No big deal. Assembly was super easy and involves one step attaching the handle. When attaching the handle I was confused because the handle would be better use if the D ring pointed the other way. This is kind of a quirky set up and looks weird and when I assembled I was wondering how this would affect usability. Our downstairs flooring is all tile approx 1800 sq ft. Tineco includes one small bottle of solution and it smells good. Add solution and off we go. This is where I notice the functionality of the D ring being backwards! It’s uncomfortable and the button is on the wrong side to to spray the water is uncomfortable to say the least! Instead of my thumb resting on the water spray button I have to reach onset my hand! This is so frustrating because the cleaner cleans extremely well! But it’s so uncomfortable to use because of the handle! Please swap the other way!

Not amazing, but not bad either
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always been a fan of the vacuum mops since they came out. When I had the opportunity to get this one I was excited. Ive heard great things about the Tineco, but ive always owned various models of a different brand. After using this mop there are a few things i really love about it over my previous mops and a few areas I feel it is lacking. The good: I love that it came with an extra roller as well as an extra filter. It has a little stand that also holds the roller and allows the mop to self-clean. The little screen that tells you the level its on, ans identifies any issues is nice. It tells you when its fill or the waters empty or even if there is a clog. I will say that this mop does get closer to edges than any other vacuum mop I have ever owned. The solution it comes with smells nice and a littk goes a long way. It also holds a decent amount of water and is lighter than the other ones Ive owned in the past. I also like that the head is more narrow and short as it can get into harder to maneuver areas. I mostly use this on Max mode as I have 4 dogs and two kiddos that leave behind mud and sticky messes. My youngest is almost 2, so hes still in a throwing food off his high chair phase. This seemed to get most of the light paw prints and food off the floor. The battery life was decent. I even tried it right out of the box, even though it says to charge for 4-5hours first. Just on that little charge out of the box I mopped my bathroom, great room, dining room and half the kitchen all on MAX before it died. It is very quiet in comparison to any similar product ive owned, or even any vacuum cleaners. Cons: It really doesnt do well with heavirer stuck on items. I noticed if it was more of a sticky stain it came off ok, but if something was stuck to the floor, it really wouldn't come up. This is where ive had better luck with other devices in the past. I also noticed it did better on my tile and laminate floors vs my linoleum bathroom floor. Heavier mud also took a little more effort. There are no bristles on the roller. I think this is part of what makes it less efficient with more stuck on dirt/grime/stains. I also didnt care much for the inability to control the spray. It sprays all the time whether you want it to or not. Though I will say it suctions it back up much better than others. So well that i honestly did not think it was getting my bathroom floor wet at all! It was more obvious on my laminate that it was however. It is supper efficent with water usage, however using a tad bit more could also help. Lastly the way it charges isnt my favorite. It has a plug that looks like a laptop charger in the upper area of the back of it. I prefer ones that have contacts on the docking stations to charge. Especially since water can get in the hole for the charger..

has a hard time removing stains
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this Tineco Floor Washer, but it didn't do a good job of removing stains from the floor. The Tineco Go H20 XL Series comes with an extra roller, filter, brush, and one bottle of floor cleaning solution. The Tineco Floor Washer was very easy to put together. It has a nice, bright display that alerts you when the machine needs to be drained out or if the battery is running low. It comes with a stand-type tray where you can store all the extra attachments. In my opinion, the reservoir of clean water is small and quickly runs out when you run the machine on max, which is the option I prefer to use. Battery life is significantly reduced since it uses more power in max mode. I found that it doesn't clean well on the regular setting. It does a great job at picking up hair and small debris but doesn't really perform well on hard stains. I have a 5-year-old that loves to paint, and paint always ends up on the floor (tile). After running the Tineco floor cleaner, it did nothing to the washable paint; I had to loosen it up in order to help the machine clean it up. So, it definitely doesn’t perform well on those types of stains. However, on superficial stains, it works great. After running the floor washer, I do feel my floor is much cleaner. For the price is it worth is? No, in my opinion I do the same job with just my mop and bucket.

A Cordless Mop That Can Replace Your Manual Mop
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Tineco Go H2O XL cordless floor washer is Tineco's battery powered floor washer. It's lightweight and easy to work with. It's not too large or heavy and is easy to maneuver around to get to most places you would need to mop. Ease Of Use I found it easy to use the Go H2O. It can stand upright on it's own, so I was able to pause mopping by locking the handle in the fully upright position turn it off and move what I needed to move out of the way. Starting back up, all I had to do was move the handle back to a normal position and power it back on then continue where I left off. The mop pivots the head when you turn the handle which I felt makes it easy to direct the mop head where you want it to go. I did have an issue when trying to mop under something that was low but the mop head should have fit under. The problem was with max angle in which you can lower the handle to get under something. The mop comes with a stand that you can set it on when not in use and when charging and running through it's cleaning cycle. The size of the base allowed me to put it where I needed to and it doesn't take up too much room. The base has holders for a replacement filter, extra roller, and a cleaning brush. It also came with the cleaning brush, an extra roller, and an extra filter. Performance The Go H2o can run for up to 30 minutes in Eco mode and up to 23 minutes in Max mode. In Echo mode, I was able to mop all of my hardwood floor, but in Max mode, the battery didn't last long enough and I had to recharge it then finish. Thirty minute runtime for me would be enough to cover my floors, so I wish the battery had enough capacity to run that long in Max mode. The roller for the mop seemed to do a really good job for me. The dirty water collected by it was just like the dirty water would be from me using my manual mop. Also, I was able to mop up spots just as I would if I had been using my regular mop. The noise produced by the mop in both Eco mode and Max mode was lower than what I was expecting. It's not loud at all. In my use of it, I didn't have any problems with the fresh water tank or the dirty water tank and the mop detects when the dirty water tank is full and it will indicate this on the top of the mop by lighting up the dirty water tank full symbol. The cluster of symbols are placed where I can easily see them while using the mop. The handle is a good design. I didn't feel my hand getting sore from using it and its design makes it easy to maneuver the mop head. Cleaning the roller is simple. You can remove it and clean it or you can set the mop on the base and activate cleaning mode. After using cleaning mode, I could see the dirty water bin contained light grey water indicating that it did, to some degree, clean the roller. It's easy to remove the roller and clean it. The design of that is good and Tineco I think Tineco should keep the simple design in future models. Final Thoughts I like the overall design. I wish the battery capacity was a little larger to the point where the Max mode will run for 30 minutes. I don't like the design of the fresh water tank. It's long and the opening to fill it doesn't make it that easy to fill since I have to have it at an angle in my sink in order to get it filled. I think it would be good for Tineco to redesign that. As it is, you can get it filled, but I ended up using the sprayer that is build into my sink in order to fill it. I like what Teneco has with the Go H2O XL.

Convenient Cordless Floor Washer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Tineco GO H20 XL Cordless Floor Washer is an easy to use and convenient appliance for washing all types of floors. I have tested it out and used it several times and following are my observations: - The Floor Washer is easy to assemble. It has an easy to follow, quick set up guide with visual instructions. - It is easy to operate. Illustrations and labeling help to identify where every part is located and instructions are easy to follow. - Charging time for a full charge takes approximately two hours. - The digital display and icons are easy to read and makes it intuitive to operate. - The appliance keeps running for a few seconds after it is powered off, to soak up extra water on the surface, which is a nice feature. - While the Floor Washer isn't in use and unplugged, they recommend to do a full charge every three months. - The run times on a full charge are approximately 30 minutes on ECO mode, or 20 minutes on Max Power mode. - While I have not had any issues so far to need it, I like having the trouble shooting guide. Those are always a nice reference to have for solving any issues without having to call the company or search for information. - The Floor Washer has a 2-year warranty. - It comes with cleaning solution, 1 extra brush head (which they recommend replacing every 6 - 8 months), and 1 extra filter (which they recommend replacing every 6 months.) - The Clean Water Tank (CWT) and Dirty Water Tank (DWT) are easy to remove from the unit. The CWT is easy to fill and replace, and the DWT is easy to empty and clean out. The cleaning tool provided with the unit works nicely. - On the ECO setting, it does a good job cleaning with plenty of water and the suction was pretty good. My tile and hardwood floors were a little wet after the suction, but didn't take long to dry. - On the Max Power setting, it releases more water and has a stronger suction. My tile and hardwood floors were left almost completely dry as I passed over them. The Max Power setting was nice on areas that required more attention, such as our kitchen and bathroom tile, but it does deplete the battery faster. - My floors look and feel nice and clean after use. - I think it would be nice if it came with multiple brush rollers with different textures, so you could use a more abrasive brush on areas that are dirtier or tougher to clean. All-in-all, I'd recommend the Tineco GO H20 XL Cordless Floor Washer for floors that need general cleaning. If you have floors that get really dirty and need a little more work, such as a bathroom floor with a lot of hairspray on it, you may need to go over those sections with the Floor Washer a few times, or scrub them by hand first and then go over them with the Floor Washer to clean and sanitize them and suck up all the water. I enjoy the clean look and feel of my floors after using it and it is quick and easy to use. Having a cordless washer also makes it very convenient.

Must have, makes your life a lot easier
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer has easily become my favorite household cleaning equipment. My biggest reason for wanting this floor washer, is due to my having 2 dogs, one that sheds heavily. Trying to keep floors clean with multiple pets, or if you have children can be difficult. There are only 1-2 downsides to this floor washer in my opinion , and one that makes me take a star away because it’s big for me. Pros: There is everything you could possibly need included in the box. It comes with detachable holders that clip to the base stand that allows your extra accessories to be stored in one place like the extra cleaning brush. This makes for a nice, clean presentation and ensures you won’t lose anything. Does an amazing job on thick dog hair, and tough stains although it may take an extra swipe or two. The cleaning solution provided has a very pleasant smell, that isn’t overpowering It’s lightweight which makes travel to different floor levels easier Even on the most powerful mode, it isn’t terribly loud Doesn’t take up a lot of space Allows for you to be able to sweep, and mop at the same time without the use of 2 separate products. Great battery life. I have never run out during a cleaning of each level of my home. 4-5 hour charge time Neutral: The arm handle feels sort of cheaply made, like it may not last for a long period of time. I think this also makes it lighter weight, only time will tell if it will hold up. Makes your arm hurt/sore a bit during longer cleanup jobs due to the double tanks. Cons: The cleanup process is really gross to say the least. The instructions ask for a thorough cleaning and drying of components after every use, which means all that dog hair, debris will have to be dumped and throughly cleaned out and with the narrow dirty water tank, I find this undesirable to say the least. Also you have to make sure to ring the cleaning brush out by hand or it will never try to be able to be stored as desired. If the cleanup wasn’t to messy, and tedious this floor washer would be the perfect, ideal home cleaning solution. It gets the job done, and takes away the need for both a mop and a separate vacuum.

Easy to use, and quiet!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had a corded floor washer for a few years now, but I have to admit I don’t use it nearly as often as I should. One factor is having to clean it up afterward, but the cord is a factor, too. The Tineco GO H2O XL definitely eliminates the cord, and cleanup after use is really pretty quick and easy. It was super easy to unbox and get it set up ready for use. I quickly scanned the manual, mainly to find out how much cleaning mixture to add to the water tank, then I was ready to try it out. The handle just has three buttons on it: power, a button to toggle between eco and max mode, and the self-cleaning button. The first thing I noticed after turning it on was how quiet it was. This was a very pleasant surprise. My corded floor scrubber is very loud, which may be another factor why I don’t use it as much as I should. I have a mix of tile with a little texture and vinyl planks. Obviously, the textured tile is a little more of a challenge to clean. However, with a little patience I found this floor washer could clean almost every spot I encountered. Even on the smooth vinyl, I had to keep telling myself to slow down. I tended to try and go at the same speed that I vacuum, but the cleaning liquid needs a little time to work. So, once I slowed down to a steady pace and let the water and brush do its work (sometimes with a boost to the max mode) it would clean everything. I think the toughest test was a small area of tile near the litter box that’s also under a towel so it would get some drips of water that practically turn the litter into concrete. I had to keep running over that spot in max mode for a couple of minutes, but it did clean it all off. Cleaning that by hand using a towel and cleaner would probably have taken about the same amount of time. The battery run time mostly in eco mode with occasional boosts to max is reasonable. I didn’t time it, but I was able to run two cleaning tanks through it and still have a little battery left. This was enough to mop the bedroom, office, hallway, and bathroom. Still, it would be nice if the battery was removable, and it came with another battery you could swap out. When the dirty water tank filled up, it lit up the indicator light and shut off. Normally, you’d probably dump it down the drain then rinse everything. In my case, we have a lot of cats so there was quite a bit of hair in the tank. So, I just took everything outside to clean it. I used the garden hose to rinse everything and carefully flush out the tube in the roller head. This may not be recommended, but it quickly and easily cleaned all the hair out of the roller head. It comes with a handy base that lets you stand up the wet roller to dry and a spot to dry the internal filter. The self-cleaning option also uses the base to flush and rinse the roller brush, although with cleaning everything the way I did, I don’t think the self-cleaning will be necessary. Overall, I think this will be a useful floor scrubber. While it’s not quite as quick and easy to use compared to cordless dry vacuums because of the cleanup needed afterwards, I still think this is a floor scrubber that I’ll finally use more often to keep the messes a little more under control.

This is a good mop.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have wanted a second one of these for around the house since I got my first unit. I have previous experience with the Tineco floor one s6 extreme pro, which I use twice a week cleaning up messes and to just clean the floor. This I floor 5 Go H2O Xl series is virtually the same in cleaning function. It does as good as regular mopping and better than disposable pad mopping, but just as simple. To begin with, this comes with 2 roller heads total (one installed one spare) and 2 dry air filters (1 installed, 1 spare) total to begin with, a cleaner bristle brush, sample of solution, and the unit itself, storage base and cord. It is slim and minimal real-estate is taken up. Estimated tun time Normal is 30 minutes, 23 with max, and I would say during that time, the water tank will runs out about 3 times. I have ran it in in 20 minute bursts doing sections in my house, and I'd estimate thus could do about 1500 square feet on a charge moving at a fair pace, and 3 tanks of water. This has a self clean function that you can initiate when you go back to recharge, and I think it is about the same noise level as my other model, but I do like the fact is I tell it when it needs to be done, it does not do it automatically. Generally I run it through a charge, that's enough floor time I run a self clean, unless the floor was filthy, then i do it right after even if the charge is not gone. I like that better than it just automatically doing a self clean and then I may forget to get the dirty tank drained, and that can pead to mildew and smell in the dirty tank. Now if I do the self clean, I remember better. This has 2 cleaning settings, regular abd max, both work good. Max uses a bit more suction, rpm, and water. The max does lower battery life a little. Set up of the physical product in easy, the book does explain that well. Registration is easy, but this does not have a smart/wifi connection as does the s6 does, one less thing to set up. The app for the other is a nice feature on the upper model, but not a necessity. I rarely use the app in my other model. This does not have a charging base. You have to plug the cord directly into the unit on the back. The upper models the base has a spot the unit cradles over and connects to charge. For a rating, I actually give this unit 5 out of 5 stars, the other I gave 4 because it was just not a value for what it does, I expected more. This one does exactly the same, but value is on par price wise for function, and this is just simpler. The other has more settings, talking, and automation, but to me it adds minimal value to justify double the cost. This cleans just as well. I would reccomend this to a friend as the first line version of this to buy. It is definitely more cost than a mop and bucket, but it much less mess and heavly lugging, bending, and twisting. This mop does the scrubbing for you.

Straightforward and Effective!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to vacuum all my hardwood floors, which took about 15 minutes, and then mopped the floors, which took another 20 or so minutes. And then I had to wait for the floors to dry. This Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer saves me from having to go over the floors twice and it also dries nearly instantly. On top of that, I can get all my floors cleaned using around 16oz of water/cleaner as opposed to the 3.5 gallons of water/cleaner I used with my old mop bucket. This works as advertised and has powered through long human hair as well as clumpy golden retriever hair. It vacuums up large and small crumbs with no problem (It sucked up a whole pretzel twist along with the usual cheerios/breadcrumbs/etc) and also mops up dried drink drips with no problem. This is a breeze to clean up with the self-cleaning cycle doing about 95% of the work. The mop roller removes easily and cleans up quickly. The included brush helps to clean the vacuum head if you notice some dirt accumulation. I set this vacuum up for failure from the get-go and it exceeded expectation. I had a pretty busy party full of finger food, various drinks, and lots of people tracking in dirt. I cleaned the floor using none of the included solution and cold tap water (as opposed to the recommended warm water) and not only did it clean my entire space with a lot of battery to spare, but the floors were mostly streak-free and with no noticeable smudges to go over again. And it did it all with around 16oz of water! The disposal of the dirty water tank is so much easier and cleaner to do than dumping an entire mop bucket of dirty water, as well. My second cleaning using this vacuum/mop went even better as I used the included formula and the floors were clean as expected but also did not have any streaks and had a nice semi-shiny clean look to them. Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Floor Washer is easily the best floor cleaning solution I have purchased for my tile floor. I would give this 10 stars! Awesome purchase. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting an easy all-in-one vac & floor washing system. It's made an annoying chore so much simpler.

I will mop more because of this
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have really enjoyed using the Tineco to make life easier when it comes to mopping. It has been easy to set-up and get to cleaning coming pretty much entirely pre-assembled out of the box. The only thing they require you to do is install the handle and plug it in to charge. Also included with the mop are a couple of spares which are appreciated as they recommend replacement every 6 to 8 months for the dirty water tank filter and the mop head. They also recommend using ONLY their branded cleaning solution so know going into it you'll buying more from Tineco in the not to distant future. As long as they continue to offer the parts and don't force this mop to be obsolete in a year then I'm generally ok with that but I think the cleaning solution requirement is a little crazy. I used this on a variety of surfaces ranging from laminate plank to tile and found it to clean well while being very easy to use. The wheels are motorized so it is extremely easy to use as it helps pull/push itself along as you are using it. It does a good job of both mopping and vacuuming, I would still recommend vacuuming or sweeping up any large debris before using this. Dirty water tank holds approximately the same amount of fluid as the clean water tank before needing to be emptied so that works well. Both tanks are easy to remove from the main unit, the dirty water tank comes apart making it easy to clean. Cleaning in general is pretty straight forward, the unit is easy to disassemble and reassemble for maintenance and it also offers an auto clean feature for the mop head that you can use before removing and dumping your clean/dirty water tanks. Also included with the mop is a little drying station that has a spot for the mop body, the mop head, filter, and the cleaning brush the provide. Battery power is more than adequate as I was able to go through my kitchen and two bathrooms before running out of clean water at which time the battery still showed 2 bars of power available. Cleaning quality was good, obviously if you have some baked on stuff that needs elbow grease this isn't going to do it in the first pass but for maintenance and upkeep on just about any hard flooring along with cleaning up the occasional water or coffee spill this is excellent.

Quicker clean up and saves my back
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This floor washer buys you time if you have kids. I say this because when my little one makes a mess on his high chair there are chunks of wet food all over the floor. I want to always pick up the pieces and clean the floor immediately but sometimes I am unable to since I need to tend to my little one. What I have found with this floor clear is that I borrow time only to wash the floor cleaner at a more convenient time. After every meal I clean up the mess with the GO H20 XL Cordless and put it back in it’s storage area. I do not clean it until I have time in the day to do so. You do NOT want to leave this floor washer over a prolonged period of time dirty or you will hate the process. The floor washer must be maintained clean and that takes time. However, for my lifestyle and with a little one it lets me shift that cleaning commitment to a time more convenient to me. This is definitely a double edged sword but the cordless nature of the floor washer helps immensely, the strong suction and floor washing process sucks up the food chunks on my vinyl floors and prevents the baby food from turning into what I call food cement on the floors. Needless to say I extensively use the floor washer around the dining table and I have appreciated not having to bend over and under the table and chairs to clean the floors. As a person with back pain issues, I appreciate anything that saves my back.

Mop and vacuum in 1
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Tineco GO H2O XL Cordless Washer gets the job done. It combines, mop and vacuum in one, it cleans both wet and dry dirty floors. Overall, it is relatively lightweight, very mobile, and easy to use, and it being Corless has the advantage that you can pretty much take it anywhere, no outlet needed. I mostly have tile floors and just mopping doesn’t get them 100% clean. This is where this floor washer comes in handy. Leaves my floor very clean looking. It will dispense liquid, scrub, and vacuum With a good amount of power. Operation is easy but make sure you read the instructions booklet first, you will learn a thing or two. Make sure you fully charge the battery first before you begin. The battery itself is not super great, but it will last you long enough to get the job done. Tineco claims you can get 35 minutes on a full charge, but in my opinion that would only be in the low setting. Charging the battery from zero to full took me about 5 hours. Pretty standard charge time if you ask me.

Lightweight, quiet, floor washer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great cordless, lightweight and quiet floor washer that will easily replace my mop. It didn’t take too long putting it together. For whatever odd reason, I put in the handle in backwards. After charging it for 4.5 hours, I tried using it and when it didn’t work. That’s when I read the instructions again and realized it. Once I corrected the handle, it worked perfectly. I love that this comes with and extra brush roller and an extra filter. And this also comes with a cleaning tool to help clean the dirt sensor and other parts. There are two small storage holders, one holds the dry filter and other holds the spare brush roller and cleaning tool. Both holders hang onto the storage base tray that also holds the floor washer. And the best part for me is that brush roller self cleaning button! That’s a life changer and a nice surprise. It definitely saves me time! This works really well on my wood and tile floors. It’s easy to see that the floor is cleaner and it’s nice to see that the dirty water tank, actually is dirty. Makes me feel good that the floor is getting cleaner, when I go over it again and the dirty water tank isn’t so dirty. I was impressed that this isn’t very loud, not sure why I expected it to sound like a vacuum. I noticed how important it is to follow the instructions that mentions not to recline it more than 142 degrees otherwise water will leak out as it did for me. It also will stop running when placed upright. Filling the clean water tank and cleaning out the dirty one was fine. It works smoothly across my floors and is easy to navigate. It’s suppose to only run for 23-30 minutes while using before needing to be recharged. At first, I thought I’d have to stop halfway, charge and then continue using. But surprisingly, that is just enough time to clean my whole first floor.
