We are truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you’ve had with your Tineco vacuum, especially given it’s only been three weeks since you purchased it. We understand your disappointment, particularly with the battery performance and the timing of the issue occurring just after the return period ended. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and we take it very seriously as we work to continuously improve our products and services.

Based on your description, the main issues you’ve encountered are the battery dying quickly after only 15 minutes of use and the extremely long charging time required before the light stops blinking.

For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
