Customers frequently mention the fast-paced gameplay and fun Titans as major highlights of Titanfall. Many also praise the game's action, price point, and maps. However, some players express disappointment with the limited campaign mode and lack of a robust single-player experience. The absence of a compelling storyline is also a recurring criticism.

Good game something different titans are amazing but at the same time easy to kill unless your good. There is no real campaign just a story board with the same audio clips win or lose. Itraded in my call of duty for this game and don't regret it at all really no bad spawn points granted it can happen once in awhile but not enough to throw a controller. They are always updating the game to adding game modes fixing player matching are just a couple of the changes they have done. All in all a safe buy

I enjoyed the few hours I played of this but it didn't hold my attention further then that. Small maps fast combat and the titans are cool. That's as far as it goes though. Very shallow game but that can be a good thing too if your into COD then this might be your cup of tea. I'm more of a Battlefield guy so I like more team work related games. Still fun and if you get it for 10$ or less you really can't go wrong.

Getting into this game starts with a tutorial - an absolute must. Next the game seems to take longer than others to load and get to playing - not a big deal but if time is limited I won't be looking to jump in this game for a short spurt of fun. I wanted to try campaign first and I thought i made a mis-selection when there were other live people in my game. I didn't make a mistake. That's what "they" are calling a campaign. And its a lot like multiplayer so maybe not the best name to call this style of play. So far I love being able to move quickly onto the tops of buildings and wall run. The weapons are great! As usual everyone is better than me but I am cool with that. Titans are awesome too! I do wish there were some other vehicles to use or call in. It's early but I wonder if this will get boring before to long - I know I haven't seen all this game has to offer yet. I recommend the season pass because its cheap with purchase of game compared to "others".

The multiplayer in this game is fun, fans of Call of Duty or Halo would enjoy. Personally, I like the game, but I could see where some may not.
However, there is no single player mode - the campaign is online multiplayer only and can be completed in under 3 hours. It's really just meant as an intro into the multiplayer. Also, because it is multiplayer only, you can't play if you don't have XBOX Live Gold.

This game is great for people who seek an alternative to BF4 and CoD: Ghosts. The only downside to this game when compared to the two mentioned above is that this game has no single player story campaign. Would have given the game a full 5 stars if it had a single player campaign. Nevertheless, still a fun game.

Very polished game. Lots of depth, limited number of weapons (but that's to be expected for the first game in the series). Everything runs great, maps are well-designed and controls are well-balanced. For the price, you can't beat this game for pure fun factor. Easy to pick up, hard to master. Hours of fun guaranteed. Looking forward to Titanfall 2.

This is a great game for fighting against others online. The ability to be in a Mech (or Titan) or out adds a lot of depth. Also there's plenty of other computer controlled players to shoot at, not just the other people you're playing against online. Since this game is older you should be able to find it for less money, and it's worth it.

There are many reasons to buy Titanfall and a few reasons to wait and hope for improvements in Titanfall 2. The Titan robot aspect of this game is great and makes it unique to the first person shooter game. But both my son and I wished this game had a local multiplayer and a story mode than it would have been a great game.

Im no fps pro, thats why I like a decent campaign mode to get me engaged before I jump into multiplayer. Titanfall completely fails in this respect unless u consider pieced together communications and repetitive air drop scenes compelling. Fortunately the multiplayer has a few variations that help the game stand out as a whole. Various levels of ai included helps to liven up the action. The titan action is a great, complex addition. And the fact that a pilot can bring down a titan levels the playing field drastically. I will say this though, sniping is horrible, things move way too fast, zoom is disproportionate to map size, and some weapons are just plain useless. Overall though, enjoying the game quite a bit, wall running rocks!!!

This game has some of the best graphics and sound of any next gen game on the market. The controls are crisp and the added ability to double jump and wall run add another layer of depth and strategy to the FPS Genre.
The single player campaign is different than many people are accustomed to but does a nice job of tying the story together through the different types of missions played. It does require an Xbox Live account to play also for either campaign or multi player to work.
If you are looking for a new twist on an aging genre then this is a good game that breaks a lot of the molds set by COD. Lots of replay enjoyment online trying out different load outs and it never gets old hearing mission control tell you your Titan is ready and prepare for Titanfall!

Maybe it's because I knew I'd love the game before it came out... Maybe it's because I'm a sucker for fresh gaming dynamics, i.e., Giant Mech robots that are fun to control, jetpacks and huge open maps. But, either way, it's just a fun game to play. In my honest opinion, it's not worth $60... but it IS worth buying, if on a decent sale.

This game was recommended to me by many of my friends. It's a good game, plays well, and multiplayer is definitely fun. I felt like the story was lacking a bit, but other than that, a really solid game. Don't pay more than $20 for it.

I purchased this game when Bestbuy had a promotion. After picking up from local store, I spent 30min to install the game and played the game for the first time. The story was ok but graph was terrific. I would give this game a 4 star if I bought it with full price. but for $15, it is totally worth a 5 star.

When I first started playing, I felt it was just another FPS, and, to some extent, it is. It has a lot of the same trappings as other FPSs such as CoD. But the more I played, the more the game began to shine with its new innovations. Wall running/hanging made transversing the battlefield more exciting and titans, well, who doesn't like giant battle suits? They did a great job of making the titans feel powerful yet you weren't completely outclassed against one if you were still on foot.
Some of the weapons are repetitive with very little difference between them while others shine brightly. I'm glad there's more choices so even though I may not find a weapon very useful, the options are there for everybody.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. The graphics look great, he likes the guns, titans, maps and the season pass is cheap at $25 vs. $50 on most other games. Only issue is the lack of a story mode.

By far the smoothest control and game play of any FPS blows COD out of the water for that. If you played it on XBOX360 you will find the One version even better (yeah its possible), Plus get the hidden gems of activating the turrets on almost all the maps which was not possible on the 360.

I heard various reviews regarding Titanfall so I figured the best way to make such determination would be to purchase & play. I must admit that I have been blown away at how this game handles, especially on a 55 inch powerhouse Panasonic LED!! Awesome game at a fantastic price!

Highly recommend this game to anyone who likes FPS games. A great change of pace from CoD where you are limited on so many different levels. This game brings FPS to an all new level between the use of titans and jetpacks. It is just non stop action even with how huge the maps are.

A superb mutliplayer game, I'm still playing it after two months in. The campaign multiplayer didn't really deliver on what I think they were aiming for, but it's a great multiplayer game and I can't wait to see how they evolve the current game, and the series as a whole.
