Great show. It is very short with only 11 episodes. The show is not for children. It is a dark version of the Titans. It was well done, good story development. Plenty of DC characters, hoping for Cyborg for next season.

This show went way beyond My expectations, so when I found it at a very reasonable price at Best Buy = it was a no brainer!

    Where's Cyborg?

Cyborg crossing over to Doom Patrol made this take a little more terrestrial. I like how dark the source of Raven's power is. Beast Boy has been a token character at best and has only become a Tiger thus far. I'm awaiting a T Rex or at least a Silverback Gorilla. Starfire aka Kori Anders might have been better cast as an Asian alien, as the cartoon version is perhaps a little more suggestive of that ethnicity. She also needs to be able to fly. And sleeping with the Boy Wonder, around whom (with Raven) the series essentially revolves, isn't edgy, it's just a cop-out. The actress in the role though, does a self-assured job of being the muscle of the group...just not at night. Wonder Girl was a welcome inclusion in Cyborg's stead. I hope to see Terra and a whole lot more 'off the ground, powered, not-just-anybody-with-several-black-belts-in-martial-arts-could-replicate-this' action. The introduction of Jason Todd's version of Robin could segue into 'The Killing Joke' now that it's been established that Bruce is a dick, and Dick actually isn't. His grown-up Robin as a gruesome enforcer WAS a gritty interpretation, but I'd like to see him become Nightwing in his own right. Great start. Looking forward to Season 2.

While not the most amazing show, Titans is a pretty engaging series.

I don't collect blu ray on whole novel series. Because I feel it shouldn't have replay value since just one sit through will be 10-13 hours long, uknow? Who has the time to do that? A 2 hour movie that is really good is worth another sit down. Ok the reason i bought it is because hey let me not be mean but honestly I like many others don't have the funds to buy every single streaming service. I cannot get DC Comics streaming service. But thank you lordy lord the blu ray is available for purchase, right? As for the actual product? Its the mutare Teen Titans in a live action series in 2018? Even they kids cartoons rock! That's as much as I can say

    An Amazing Original Series

DC Universe is such an outstanding streaming service, producing original content that stands next to the likes of Netflix’s Daredevil. The first season of Titans was a faithful reimagining of the iconic teenage superhero team, brining these characters into the reality of 2019. With amazing characters, awesome fight choreography, and stellar costume designs, this is a must-watch for all comic book fans. If you haven’t purchased a subscription to the DC Universe app and want a taste-test, this blu ray set is well worth it. You get all 13 episodes, plus an hour of special features showcasing the production and the characters.

This is a gritty and humorous DC series. Prepare for some blood and a little bit of sex scenes. The series almost makes the characters believable in a real life way. The main story had me hooked after the second or third episode and kept me hanging till the end. There is plenty of humor in this too, so don't worry if you think it will be too serious. The series is just 11 episodes, so it goes bye pretty fast. I recommend this to any DC fan. Looking forward to Doom Patrol next which is released on Bluray this Fall.

I took a bit of a gamble on this series as I had never heard of it and didn’t even realize DC had a streaming service. Great cast, story and effects. Reminiscent of a grittier version of the Netflix Marvel series. (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage) Definitely not for the younger kids (12 and under) as the language is R rated and some the situations are definitely more adult in nature. That being said I watched it with my 15 daughters and they enjoyed it as much as I did.

I was expecting the usual "Greg Berlanti" kind of mediocre "Arrow" kind of superhero show and was pleasantly surprised by the dark and dynamic Titans. Let me say I have no fond memories of the Teen Titans comics or animated shows. This new show is dark and sexy and very realistic (you know, with superheroes). Why? They let real comic book writers actually write and produce the show. Titans stands up with any of the Marvel Netflix shows (and it's far better than Iron Fist).

I saw this on the DC Universe platform and really enjoyed it. I was a fan of the Dan Abnett run of Titans, so I wasn't as familiar with the original team beyond Raven and Nightwing. It's very adult as far as content. I enjoyed it enough to buy the first season on blu-ray. Plus, it comes with digital downloads of all the episodes. I've since gotten rid of DC Universe and know I'll want to watch this again before picking up season 2 on blu-ray.

I liked the older titans movies before go. my wife was skeptical as she thought it would be more like the Teen Titans Go. we ended up watching the entire series in a day and wished there was more. I may get the DC subscription for season 2. Little disappointed on starfire as here powers were a little downplayed as were many of their characters skills, could be season 1 could be because it is a series and would have spent more on effects.

This show is incredible. For a person who loves action mixed with horror elements this show has all of that. This is what DC does so well. 11 Episodes total. 10 technically for Titans with a Doom Patrol episode (which is also awesome.) At the end it just leaves you wanting more. Can’t wait for season 2 airing in September. I hope DC continues to release these physical copies. As a collector I always need a physical copy!

I was a little hesitant in buying this because of the first trailer I’d seen. One little phrase was keeping me from buying. Robin says,”#u€k Batman.” That phrase was keeping me from buying. I took a chance anyway because I’m a big Batman fan. Totally happy I got this. Great show and good story telling. Acting was good and I loved seeing and hearing references to other DC characters. Can’t wait till Season 2.

Anybody who is a Teen Titans fan will love this series. The heroes are flawed and act like you would expect them to if they were real people. Seeing a grown up version of Dick Greyson (that is not Chris O’Donnel) is long over due. Although it’s not perfect due to some casting choices in my opinion. This series is a great way to get familiar with the Titans.

This is a fantastic, adult take on the cartoon Teen Titans. Robin's a mess having left the Batman, who's now gone full fledge psycho vigilante, giving Dick his own struggles to overcome. The first season mainly focuses on Robin and Raven, who is just coming into her powers and is afraid of the darkness she sees within her and powers she doesn't understand. All the members bring their own turmoil and baggage as they come together to try and form a team, if they don't kill each other first.

It has some good points in trying to fit heroes into the "Dark Knight" grounded reality. Which is easy to do with some while some elements are probably more fantastic and have to be shoe-horned in her. I enjoy the genre and fan of the story writing. While some fans are upset that certain character's are very different from the comics. Not a show for little kids but if you like it when DC/WB goes dark & gritty with its comic book shows (like me) then you'll probably like this to.

This was a great series and one of the best portrayals of Robin on the screen. DC tv is putting the movies to shame. Also a shame I had to wait to buy it on Blu ray before watching because I didn't want to drop money for another streaming service to watch one show.

Considering how all over the place the film universe is, I had tampered expectations for this show. I did not expect it to be as good as it was. The casting was great, particularly Dick Grayson, and I thought they handled Batman very well. I look forward to watching this series flesh out the DC world they have created.

I was interested in seeing this after the first trailer was revealed. I got to see it via a free trial of DC Universe, and it turned out that I was very pleased by it. When I found out that it was going to be released on home video, I was totally into adding it to my collection. I look forward to season two!

I have always been a Titan fan since the 80’s and this show is very close to the different incarnations of the Titans. The acting is fantastic and I really enjoyed the Doom Patrol episode. I have been burned out on the superhero television shows but this one has restored my excitement for more shows like this!
