Relief given. 2 months later, it doesn’t have any charge. $170 paper weight.

It works need to sty with it for 1-2 weeks, not 100% but would say 70% relief, but I am seeing my skin get scared from the pulse, I see bumps that do go away but also seen a vein pop on my face and also now indents below my eyes, just wondering is it just me or are others noticing scars?

I have no idea why it works & I never expected it to work, but it does. It's an amazing device. It really did a great job. I am giving it 4 not 5 star because the device stopped working after 1 year. So while it was amazing, and did a fantastic job, it quit pretty quickly for what you pay for it. Sad.

I wasn’t sure if this device will be successful. Yet I realized that I didn’t want to be disappointed so I returned it. It is a very small unit, that you can run across your face. I just decided not to use it cause my skin is really sensitive.

I've had it for almost exactly 1 month and it's already competently stopped working. It will light up to charge but as soon as I unplug it to use it there is no response anymore. Return period was only 2 weeks so I can't return it. Super expensive for it to die already.

I was prepared to be disappointed, thinking this little device was probably a drip-off. But, in fact, since using it at night right before going to bed I have slept well and waked without a headache! A great relief! Morning sinus headaches have been the norm. Not a pleasant way to start the day. I recommend ClearUP if you have the same problem.

Did not work for me. After getting one that would not charged purchased another. Used for a week. Did nothing.

Purchased for my wife who has severe sinus issues. Works great! She uses twice a day and no longer has to take a daily pill for sinus pain/pressure. It’s already paid for itself after just 4 months.

I have suffered from sinus headaches all my life (58 yrs. old). I would take on average a couple Tylenol migraine and a couple of Co-Advil's everyday to combat the headaches (some days more). This thing is a miracle; it has almost completely shut down all headaches!! This is a miracle machine, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I was skeptical at first but having chronic sinus pain I decided it was worth trying. It really does help relieve my sinus pressure. I use it twice a day and really helps.

Worked excellent for almost a year, then stopped charging. Cannot determine the manufacturer's warranty.

After purchase it did not work and I had to return it. This was the reason I rated it low.

I really can't tell if it works or not! Sometimes I feel a relief sometimes I feel nothing, which makes me think if it is just in my head :)

Have used this off and on, but no major difference. Not sure if related, but have had some muscle twitching below eye.

Not sure if this actually works or if its just a placebo effect i get mixed results its hard to justify a $150 price tag i feel as if you could just purchase a tens device and get essentially the same results but i dont know im not a doctor

My wife and I both have sinus issues and ClearUp offers a non drug resolve for this problem. During the summer months and me being outside I find myself using this device twice a day to help clear up my sinus pressure and headaches caused by my sinus problems.

I decided to try this, since my sinuses are often bothering me. It does seem to actually work! I used it on the lowest setting about 2 times a day. I felt less pressure even after the first time. It works!

Been using it daily, it really does seem to help my sinuses.
