If you own any of the recent TiVos (Roamio,Bolt,etc). You can add this to view content in another location in your home. This version adds voice search and seems to be much faster than the older model. The best part is there are no additional monthly fees.

Generally works well, but sometimes freezes and I can only get it working again by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back it. It will work with a wireless mesh network connection instead of the recommended MOCA bridge, but is a little tricky to set up. TiVo, overall though, is becoming less of a value in competition with streaming services since they are not working with several of the services I use. Hulu does not work as well on a TiVo as it does on a Roku box (I have both) and doesn't work at all with HBO Max (which is why I also have a Roku box). If they can't figure out how to be a better integrator in the future, I may get rid of my TiVo if it dies rather than replace it, which I am not eager to do - still the best interface.

I have been a TiVo mini user (with original bolt) for a few years now. They always struggled with streaming anything other than Netflix and even then sometimes they froze. The mini VOX is light-years ahead. Streaming is a breeze no matter what the source

I have turned my Cox Uverse DVR in and used only the Tivo DVR. This Tivo system is well put together and, when installed properly, works exactly described in the literature. I recommend the VOX unit for its simplicity and ease of operation.

Very easy to install. I have a Romeo series system so it works with older equipment. A breeze to get up and running.

This is Tivo's secret to combating companies like FIOS. I have several of these boxes. They let you avoid paying the monthly rental charges for extra cable boxes. The only caveat is that your main Tivo box needs to be near an ethernet jack.

Excellent device for making Roamio OTA into a whole house solution.

Nice addition to get TiVo in another room without needing to buy another TiVo. Setup was easy and it has worked great!

I have used this device now for over a year and this TiVo product has added expansion to my home entertainment as I have cut the cable and no longer subscribe to any other means of getting network television. It is not a stand-alone product as you have to have a TiVo DVR as well as this device, which allows an expansion for the TiVo service to another room. There is no additional charge for use of this device as it is covered by the very reasonable annual fee you pay for the service on your DVR. You should be aware that both the TiVo DVR and this device have to be connected to the same home network for it to work.

I purchased this to replace a TiVo with a high subscription price in the bedroom. I have it hooked up via gigabit ethernet and it works great. I can't even tell I'm not using the actual TiVo box right there.

Couldn't have been easier! Works great and makes me want to have voice control everywhere! With the Bridge - there wasn't even any wiring to get internet! LOVE IT!

Bought this along with the TiVo Vox and couldn’t be happier! Together they make a whole house DVR and you can even add more rooms if you buy additional minis. Easy to work with NO hassle whatsoever

Activation and setup was quick and painless. Works well with my Roamio OTA Vox. Love it that I can now watch everything from my Roamio in my bedroom now. Price is a bit high but well worth the investment.

I opted to try this instead of paying my cable co extra

My old TiVo mini was getting sluggish when using apps. The Amazon prime app would lock-up occaisonally. This new unit is very fast, and I no longer have lockup or streaming issues.

Does what it’s supposed to quite well. My only complaint is that I cannot connect to my network using Wifi. Only Ethernet or moca. Added a cheap WiFi adapter and removed the cable!

Great complimentary product to Roamio and the Mini-Vox works better than the old.

If you know anything about TiVo, then you know what they do is always good! This was no exception; worked as I hoped it would and exactly as advertised. No problems at all.

I'm very satisfied with this box. I originally purchased our boxes from TiVo and needed an additional box for our spare bed room. This worked perfectly.
