    I don't understand some of the negative reviews this release is getting but I think this 4K transfer looks great. Way more detail here than the previous DVDs and blu rays, more defined colors and deeper color saturation. The audio tracks sound very good as well, you can't go wrong with either one and both are pretty loud which serves an 80's action crime thriller well. The Wang Chung soundtrack sounds alive and vibrant here than ever before as well. There are also some new interviews on this 4K release as well as all the old features ported over from older releases so this is the most complete edition you can get. Highly recommended.

    Great movie, Great soundtrack, but William Peterson flashing was unexpected and quite frankly, I can’t unsee it. Also, 3/4 of the way through the movie something completely unexpected happens, that you never see coming.

    Incredibly underrated film, one of Friendkin's best. Just a gritty and deep crime thriller with one of the greatest car chase scenes of all time.
