    I purchased this toaster for use in the office. We've been using it without issue. I'm not sure what the other complaints are that I read when I reviewed this prior to purchase because we have not one complaint.

    I had this same brand for 20 years before replacing with a new toaster same brand and I was so happy to find it at Best Buy where the service is great...from placing my order, shipping and receiving! Thank you Best Buy Team.
