It delivers on its primary use as being a very bright light. It is top heavy and will fall over for like no reason. Throw a bag on the base to secure it, because a slight breeze, or reposition of the head, or sniffing dog will knock this over right into your project (oddly specific example is no coincidence).

My husband uses this every single day to vlog. He enjoys the ease of recording and taking photos with a click of a button.

My first flash in 1982 was a Sunpak. Bought this for my daughter as her first selfie lite. How times have changed but Sunpak had kept up with the times for sure. Great product. Stand is sturdy enough but easily toppled. Tripod base would be better (obviously) but the collapsible design and carry car is very convenient. Lighting is balanced and predictable. Great for tiktok.

Easy set-up. Provides decent lighting. Does not take much storage space.

I honestly thought I would be packing it more with me, but it's been my main ring light for the last 2 years and still works great. Since it's been 2 years, the stand isn't as straight before, but it still a functioning ring light for my content creaiton

This is by far my favorite vlogging kit!! Intense it folds down on itself. It comes with the storage bag and it’s very easy to put away. It even comes with a little remote control switch for you to access the camera on your phone. Take pictures very verse to tell mount you can even unscrew it from where it’s plugged in at and screw the mount and the top of the light so it hangs down differently. All in all this set up is amazing. Easy to use easy to set up easy to put away.

This has been a very worthwhile purchase! It's lightweight, so easy to move around my space. The light gives us enough soft light that it makes a difference for both being in Zoom meetings & also taping auditions, etc. I first got it to help with a green screen set up~ at night, I do also use another LED night that we own to make the green screen fully functional. I haven't use my iPhone in it yet, but that's a handy option! We tape with our DSLR camera because our iPhones are old! I'd probably use my cellphone with this once I upgrade. I do recommend this product! I only wish the cable was a bit longer to plug in. It limits usage, unless I grab an extension chord. The price was good- I think $30 approximately.

Perfect stand, and ring light for most phones. I used it with an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the case and it sat fine. We used it for photos too. Light is great even at a distance we were 6-9 feet and it lit us up flawlessly with no shadows and captured well. I started looking for a tripod and wound up with this instead. A happy accident . Would highly recommend

If you know this brand at all, you know Sunpak makes pro-grade photo lighting and flashes. One point in their favor. Second, this thing collapses down to about the size of a frisbee. Third, light quality is good, I use on my desk for video calls and the difference is huge. I've also used it for headshots and with a camera mount and the included remote, it did great (unless you wear glasses).

I’ve been using a ring light triple the size of this unit and I’m blown away by the ease of use and the quality of the light. Definitely built for a close use. You’re going to want to sit maybe 4 feet max to get the best use of this, but excellent for new content creators or anyone looking for convenient make-up lighting etc

Bought this for my wife. So far she uses it to propt her phone and watch workout videos. She occasionally uses it for bomb selfies. The light is powerful and the two shades look great. The stand at full height naturally leans a bit forward, but it doesn't take away from the use.

So I've gotten into streaming and was looking at trying to improve the quality of my video, and learned that lighting is a cost-effective step to noticeable gains. This product is exactly that; 3 different lighting colors, with adjustable brightness levels and the stand itself is collapsible and portable, making for easy storage!

It worked,when it worked.All the materials are so low quality.The only way this stand will last you,is if you dont use it at all. Everything light related works as it should good,but the bendy phone holder needs some "monopod enhancements" to keep it erect. The base of the stand is impossible,it will break,no way around it.It stays up by being pushed forcefully into place. The local wally world has similar stand but instead of monopod,it is a COMPACT stand,better stability for the same or lower price and more light effects.

Very easy to set up and to use. I love how portable it is... it folds down into the base of the unit which protects the bulb from being damaged when traveling! And it comes with a carrying case! It has varying degrees degrees of brightness and the brightest setting is quite bright! My only wish is that it stood a bit talller. Nevertheless, it provides a great value for the price!

I bought his for my 23 year old who loves selfies and doing makeup. She said The light itself is perfect and makes pictures come out great. The only issue she has is the stand. It’s not very sturdy. Overall though she is very pleased with it and said it’s perfect for the uses.

The ring light was great, and having the various settings was something I was definitely looking for in a ring light. However, the stand and base were extremely unstable and it would rock back and forth with the slightest touch. I ended up returning it, due to the unsteadiness. Also, if you have a iPhone 14ProMax, the cell phone holder will NOT hold your phone if you have any type of case on it. The phone is too wide.

I was looking for something to properly illuminate me during video conference calls. The generic options all seemed kind of cheap, and I recall the Sunpak brand from my photography days back in the 80s. This unit is well designed and well made. I use it on my desktop where it is the perfect height, though I know it will go much higher if needed (it is currently not extended at all and sits even with my head). What a difference it makes for your online presence, and having variable brightness and color temperature makes it useful in virtually any setting. Very please with the purchase.

I bought this because I have a YouTube channel and a TikTok channel. This has worked great so far. It is easy to use, it has a lot of options for different kinds of lighting, and it stands on its own. You can set it up as a floor stand, or you can use it on a table and make it shorter. It has a lot of different configurations that you can use!

This stand is very helpful for me as long as I give a lot of online consulting meetings. It holds my phone with camera and has a good light which improves considerably the image for my customers. The only thing was unexpected - there was no charging adapter in package this time. But I use the one from the previous stand kit which was almost similar. It also can be stretched on pretty decent height which is also very helpful.
