While the campaign of this game is pretty repetitive, there are enough missions that it is still fun. One complaint I would have is that when you beat a "boss," it is pretty anticlimactic. I'd prefer if there was bit more fanfare. That said, it's a fun game and the open world aspect is absolutely awesome. Stunning game.

    Ghost Recons first sandbox shooter

Ghost Recon Wildlands relies on atmosphere, customization, technology, creativity, and sheer size to excel over its shortcomings. The game overall is a must for anyone who wants a solid tactical shooter game. The atmosphere is brilliant. The map is huge, but it has a wonderful variety to it. The map you play on has snow, dense jungles, arid environments, mountainous towns, and the list goes on and on. This is good because the variety of environments to this sandbox shooter means you have a very good excuse to customize your characters for each mission at hand to be best suited. The characters, while cut scenes are extremely minimal are lovable with their random chatter while exploring, or during interrogations. Finally, the best thing about this game is creativity. This is a game that you truly have free rain over your tactics. If you want to pluck targets off at distance with a sniper then go for it, if you want to sneak through a town stealthily to snatch a hvt with minimal casualties then go for it, if you want to just lay waste to an enemy camp as loud and proud as possible then you go for it. To have this variety in maps, tactics, and character customization paired with the tech is the real magic of the game. The game does have some shortcomings. Even though the squad members become lovable through comm chatter, the lack of cut-scenes or in depth story is somewhat disappointing. Also being a realism buff is obnoxious at times with this game. For example the gear you start off with on your rifle considering you are SF is extremely minimal. Obviously the reason why is because the game wants you to explore to find new guns and gear; however I find that trying to find various guns and attachments is a bit of a chore. While we are on the topic of exploration, you'll probably be exploring via vehicle or helo. Vehicle controls are wonky, and every vehicles durability is garbage. Overall what the game does right vastly outweighs the area's it falls short. This is still a very fun, and lengthy game. It is also one of the few games that has it's campaign truly enhanced by online play with your friends. As I said earlier, this is a must own game for anyone who wants a solid tactical shooter.

The game is a lot of fun. I haven't tried online Co_op yet, but I am the type who enjoys going solo anyway. All of the reviews are pretty much accurate. The open world is huge and pretty diverse. There is a ton of stuff to do, but after a while it gets to be a lot of the same stuff in different locations. My biggest gripe is the AI in regards to my squad. These guys are a like ghosts because as long as the enemy does not see me these guys are practically invisible to the AI, even if they are standing right in front of them. That part makes no sense to me. But still it is highly enjoyable and you can and will spend a lot of hours on this game.

This game was fun to play and there are so many missions to do. Being a huge open world game, there are some small glitches, but nothing that I thought hurt the game play much. It’s been a few since I finished the game, so those could have been fixed by now.

Massive open world experience that reminds me of GTA but with military tactics. Gameplay is amazing and so are the best graphics of any game EVER on xbox. New Multiplayer mode is great to play with friends as well.

I'm not a fanboy of Ubisoft but they have consistently produced fun and immersive games. This game is one of them. Definitely fun to play and the story is fun too.

It has solo and multi-player options. Solo missions set to average are easy to complete. Adding friends to help complete missions is not complicated and that is the same with joining random players. With XBox1 a prompt of "A" to join other players games - simple. Has a vast map! Intricate story line. I played the BETA before buying the game and liked it.

I wish fallout would take a page from this book that's all I would play. Co op open world with your friends? Sign me up we play all the time. Since call of duty has been the, um can't say that here, "est" game I've played ever every year this allows me to put that down finally and do something real with my life. I'm 22% complete with taking out the cartel and there is so much other to do. Open world exploration in Bolivia, side missions to help rebels and a continuous story line! I also like how if you just want to pay them a couple bucks it unlocks every assault rifle or you can go baller status and for 50 bucks or so you don't have to go looking in gun boxes all over the map for things like barrels or ext mags. Just like the option. From what I'm seeing it holds its value like grand theft auto or overwatch too so I wouldn't expect them to drop their pantalones anytime soon. Oh and there is an app that allows you to connect to your Xbox, cause that's what all real men have, so you can sync the map and play side stuff on your phone. I haven't messed with that much but it sits on my home screeen reminding me that I have to keep the wife happy during the day so when she goes to bed I can stay up all night with my cartel killing posse!

Tom Clancy's The Division, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas, all fun. But Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, aw man! Getting those drug lords and dirty rotten scoundrels. So pleasing! I have PS4 and Xbox One and purchased the Xbox One version. I haven't heard if one is better than the other, but very pleased with the Xbox One version. The people in this video game say some very very bad things, don't let your little kids play. Their feelings may be hurt by the awful awful mean and bad things the drug lords say. Great game for the adults.

Excellent game, very under rated. Its like rainbow six tactical with a combination of GTA style environment. Stealth has to be used a lot to go into the missions but after recon, its all out war. Very fun, especially with a buddy or co-op up to four guys on a mission and it becomes a good time and you can accomplish a lot. Liked this better than siege or division. I would say it takes from division and rainbow six in game play. Overall very satisfied with this game.

If you have played other Tom Clancy games you know your in for some epic game play. This game is a mix between (the division) and (gta v). The Solo game play is sweet, but can be difficult when advancing to higher levels. playing with your friends online is even better. The game will make you use your noggin when taking down a base instead of just running in guns blazing. All in all the game is fun to play and was what I was expected out of the Tom Clancy story line.

Ok so I was super excited for this game as I'm sure plenty of other people were, and I'm having fun with the game, a lot of fun, having said that it does have its flaws but it's not a deal breaker. The guns are awesome, and let's face it, it's a shooter and that's one of the main things. Customization is through the roof but does end up just being the same attachments to other guns raise the same statistics on other weapons just the same. The AI, well the AI is ok but compared to playing with friends they are garbage, when in a vehicle though they play A+ , boots to ground mmmmm not so much. the missions get repetitive but there is a slight curve ball thrown here and there to spice it up. Vehicle physics are not very good but the flying is fun. All in all I would recommend the game it's a good game and a lot of fun to play with friends, it's still fun solo but you'll need to play more as if your a lone wolf cause you can't always rely on the AI. The huge map, the weapons and customization, the fun factor I give this game a 4 star. The only downside that really stands out is the weak AI in my opinion.
