Excellent game play mechanics and overall thrilling and fun. This game is everythign Destiny should have been, but I am glad it was the division that pulled this off. I have played a lot of first person shooter for a long time, but I am glad Ubifsoft took the 3rd person approach as its a nice change of scenery.

I am an avid gamer although recently haven't had time to play many games, i place the pre order of this games right when it was announced and completely forgot about it until i went to place an order for something else and was reminded. it sat on my desk for a couple of days and after reading some reviews i decided to give it a shot. Well who would thought it's a great game, many people compare it to Destiny, in some ways you can say that they are alike because of the online only cooperative atmosphere that you can choose to play with others or just by yourself, but in other parts it has a great history that is wrapped up in the campaign and its not milked like other franchises to buy dlc to continue and see how the story unfolds (i'm looking at you destiny), great mechanics, and physics, and just a pleasant game. Take in mind it is not a game for everyone and its not a fps, or shooter centric as per se game, but still a great game. If you so decide to give this game a shot I highly recommend getting the gold edition with the season pass specially if you game the gamer's club unlocked discount, its almost like getting the season pass for free. I applaud Ubisoft and Best Buy for being able to make value purchase like these.

One of the better games I have played lately set in a post apocalyptic New York with stunning graphics. Think Gears of War mixed with SOCOM or Battlefield. Mission based RPG is challenging and group based, very difficult without a couple of teammates to complete missions.

Really good game. I like how it gets difficult and difficult as you progress in the story and you have the option of playing the missions with friends or random people or by yourself. Graphics are also really good.

All in all the mechanics of the game are excellent. Solid shooter, lots of gear. Weapon customization leaves something to be desired. If you're looking for customization along the lines of GRFS, you'll be disappointed. Sadly, CoD has more customization than this does. Crafting is good for the casual gamer who doesn't have much time to invest into a legit MMO. It's simple. But for those looking for something deeper to the crafting, again, you'll be left wanting. The inability to upgrade blueprints can be frustrating as well. There's certainly work to be done here, but all in all they've started out on the right foot.

Great game so far, a ton of fun with multiplayer. Season pass benefits look to be great.

I had high hopes for this game and Ubisoft has delivered. The game is just pure fun and I can't put it down. I am also pleasantly surprised by their post launch dlc support with a mix of free and paid dlc included with the season pass. Player trading being something everyone is excited about.

HIGHLY ADDICTING game that boarders on as an RPG / Shooters game, weighing more on RPG. I was able to play ALPHA and BETA and cant wait for this game to come out already. For those who played Destiny, this game makes better use of grinding and actually enjoying the game mode.

The game itself is amazing and lives up to the hype. I purchased the Gold package thinking it would be well worth it, but thus far I really don't see the benefit. The weapons and gear included in the upgrade will be useless after an hour or so of playing as better gear becomes available very fast. The upgrades in the game surpass the initial gear and then it is useless almost immediately. As for updates and the season pass, well I guess we will have to see. I assume the game has the intent of expanding, but all you are really going to get is a bigger board with the same type of missions. I really don't see the advantage of paying an additional $40.00 for Gold, but time will tell. Again, the game is great, but after a few days it becomes routine and the only purpose to play on is to get better gear. I would have given it 5 stars if I did not pay for the Gold..... I feel that it is not worth the extra money.

I have been playing Destiny for a year now, and this seemed the same idea as far as loot with a different gameplay. It is still early and there are still a fair amount of bugs in this game, but the gameplay is fun, the loot is good, and once they work out some issues it will be a solid game. The PvE matchmaking is pretty good. The PvP is different, and still needs some work.

The Division is such a fun amazing game. The game play is extremely fun and the storyline is excellent. I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves third person shooters.

As a casual gamer (5 hours a week, 3 on weekends), this is one of the most fun games I have played because of the team aspect in the PVP section (Dark Zone). I'm an avid PS4 gamer but I bought this on Xbox One because I knew I had friends intending to play this game. The gun mechanics, teamwork and story is excellent. Really enjoy it. People complaining of bullet sponginess have a fair point when you watch videos, but if you play the game, the amount of bullets feels right when tackling a boss with multiple players.

The game is wide open and has amazing visuals/graphics. The main mission keeps you engaged in the story. There's hundreds of side missions and encounters as well that will keep you very busy in between main missions.

If you love shooters and RPGs you will love the Division. It's a great mix with a really good story and a fantastic cover system similar to Gears of War. Ubisoft has a hit game on their hands and so should you.

So far this is a great Roll Playing Shooter. The new Snow Drop Game Engine is fantastic and the seamless transitions from the PvE area to PvPvE area are incredible. Go get it and help take back New York City.

This is hands down the game of the year. Much like Destiny, this game will take over your life. Not a lot of games are comparable to this and I see myself playing non stop till wild lands releases

The Division is a fantastic game. It does an excellent job if creating a post-apocalyptic environemnt that you can really imagine yourself in. Gameplay is good and easy to pick up for anyone familiar with first or third person shooters. Only complaint is about Ubisoft in general and not the game. The servers for the Division always seems to lag and can cut out at random times. It gets frustrating when your in the .iddle if a mission and the servers go down.

This game was well worth the wait. The game play is one of the best I've played in a while. The graphics alone are amazing. Must have for a true gamer.

Fun game with good detailed graphics. I enjoyed it much more than destiny since it didn't feel quite so much of a grind to level up and get better gear and weapons. There is a story but it's only slightly interesting, the enemies do use tactics instead of just standing there being bullet sponges if you have a high enough level weapon. If you were disappointed by destiny and want similar but a less fantasy style game then try it out.

The division was a mixed bag to me but after playing it i was a surprised at the amount of fun i started to have. There is enough game content to keep you locked in for a good while. The core game requires friends even though you can play alone but its more engaging with others. The dark zone becomes more intense with stronger enemies and random players that might join you or try to take all your items. I really enjoy this game.
