This one didn't do so well at the box office, but it is worth watching / owning. Didn't seem to connect with the other two Tomb Raider movies, but is a good stand alone story. Felt like I needed a tetanus shot after the rusty plane scene, but otherwise it's a great story.

This movie has great sound and a lot of action. The hdr is excellent, and the dolby atmos is second to none. Add this movie to your collection.

This is definitely the best version of Laura Croft on film. A pretty solid film & way better than the Angelina Jolie Tomb Raiders movies. Seeing a younger Croft become the "Tomb Raider" is definitely a better plot line & the actress pulls it off quite well.

This movie was entertaining in the best way. It didn’t make me have to think too hard and I could sit back, enjoy the action as it took me from one island to another. I liked the previous Laura Croft movies and this one was a worthy remake.

Okay adventure flick. Alicia Vikander is at least as good as, maybe better than Angelina Jolie in the role. Dolby Atmos soundtrack is quite good, but the star of this disc is the Dolby Vision picture: It is one of the best home theatre pictures I have seen.

I'm glad that Best Buy is stocking this as the 3D version bundled with the regular Blu-ray and its special features can be hard to come by. Solid, enjoyable film with good 3D content that brings video game character Lara Croft back to the big screen.

This movie is great, pretty underrated from what I've seen out there. I was really hoping they would make a sequel, but chances appear slim. If you like the games, and/or don't mind gratuitous action, give this a chance. The 4k HDR version is awesome, adds some depth to the whole thing!

I loved Angelina Jolie's Lara Croft and was disappointed when she only made two Tomb Raider movies, but I LOVE ALICIA VIKANDER, especially here, and 4K blu-ray could only be improved by also including 3D, but that's becoming a rarity these days, so I'll take what I can get!

I admit that the original Tomb Raider movies with Angelina Jolie were fun, but this revival of the franchise is just a step above. They took out a lot of the cheesy one liners and actually tried to make this a decent action flick. Definitely worth a watch.

I enjoy this movie. It wasn't a box office smash. We probably won't get a sequel, and that's unfortunate. Tomb Raider is an old-fashioned adventure movie, the likes of which we don't see often enough. There's no moral, no agenda, no message. Just entertainment.

As a fan of Lara Croft and the TR franchise, this was a no-brainer addition to my collection. Unfortunately, the story itself is a mishmash of cut-scenes from the first Lara Croft video game of the reboot of the franchise. Alicia Vikander plays a great Croft, and if a sequel is greenlit, I hope she jumps on again. With a better story, it could make it through another film or two. Speaking of the LOOK and SOUND of the film, I loved it. The dark scenes of the tombs were textured well, in addition to the series of scenes of Lara on the boat. Three stars based solely on the adaptation of the story.

I must say that it's better than the Angelina Jolie version. It's more realistic and it seemed that this is the prequel of Angelina version. Although I saw some inconsistencies but it's up to the view to decipher. I was entertained and enjoyed watching it.

Can't wait to see this movie. It arrived quickly and in good condition.

Alicia Vikander stars as Lara Croft, a rich young lady looking to find out what happened to her father. A lot of action. This movie reminds me of the old Raiders of the Lost Ark movie.

This new Laura Croft is believable, and gritty. The movie was a fun action packed spectacle that really captured the feel of the games.

*Warning* No digital code. Of course we need another blu-ray disc instead. Pay attention if you care or not. BestBuy has been selling movies cheaper without that digital copy while other vendors may have a version with it. This movie is great and you'll enjoy.

I enjoyed this installment of Tom Raider much more than the Angelina Jolie films. I hope they continue to come up with sequels. Looks and sounds amazing in 4k!

You have to take this movie for what it is, not the continuation of the old, but a start of the new. And if you go in with the mindset of just being entertained with good action, then you will be just as happy as I was.
