Bought the movie but then the order was canceled for some reason hat wasn’t explained. I am sure the movie is decent but still don’t know as I have to buy it again when I get the chance.

I wasn't a fan of the earlier Tomb Raider films but I loved the recent games and thought that I would give this a try. I actually really enjoyed this film and it is a great transfer for 4K enthusiasts.

Loved this reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise. Lots of fun to watch Lara Croft (Alicia Vikander) as a young woman applying skills learned in her youth and learning, at great peril in some cases, the new skills she will need in the coming sequels. Can't wait to see more. Great film. Don't miss it.

This is the best Tomb Raider made yet. Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft was a great casting choice. As a fan of both the video games and comic books - I was not happy with the casting of Lara in the 2 previous movies and this reboot of the franchise gives it room to grow. Great action sequences.

Added this movie to my 4k blu ray collection and finally got around to watching it today. I liked the old Tomb Raider movies and wanted to see how this one played out. I am happy to say that it was a really good movie. Give it a try and I think you will like it. Great action and a good story.

This is what the Tomb Raider should be. This movie was everything the games have been, both the old and reboot. Yes, she gets some extra strength in the fight scenes, but it's not over the top. If you love the games or just want to see a great action adventure then this is the movie for you.

The new Tomb Raider actress can act, is pretty but is no Tomb Raider. Lacks the features the original game and first movies have. She is too small and ..... well I found it disappointing. I was looking for action and she was boring.

I'm unsure which 'Lara Croft' character I like better. This one or the previous. In any case, I think it's worth your time to catch this movie. If nothing else, just to compare directing styles to the cast in each, is entertaining.

A great movie with lots of action . Although it is quite a departure from the previous films as it begins much before the others . This does explain her early years and creates many questions and a chance for many new adventures .

If you are looking for a fun popcorn movie then this is a great choice. As most video game adaptions, this isnt going to win an academy award but it is a fun action movie that does a good job as a soft reboot of the franchise.

Pretty good action adventure origin (actually this could be considered a prequel) of the “Tomb Raider” movies. MS Vikander seems to be a good choice because I think she as a physical similarity to MS Joie. A pretty good watch.

video game movies have bad reputations of being bad and the majority are but this reboot of the tomb raider franchise breaks the curve. it outshines the 2000s versions with Angelina Jolie night and day. Give it a chance, it's a keeper. The 4K looks real good in HDR if your TV has it .

Enjoyed the movie and was easy to find in store.Dont know how much more can be said about the movie except it was great seeing a new leading character besides Jolie. The action was totally engrossing and kept my attention the whole show. Looking for the next tomb raider with this lead.

Took the granddaughters to see this in the theater- of course after having them watch the first two Tomb Raiders with Angelina Jolie. We all enjoyed this Lara Croft Tomb Raider and have watched it two times at home already ...

If you like Indiana Jones-type movies, you'll probably like this one, too. The new Lara is much more realistic than Angelina, which I appreciated. The plot gets a bit far out there, but it is a bit suspenseful. Good show!

I like a lot of action flicks, but sometimes I would like a movie that's a bit old fashion. That is how I saw this movie, and it was good. I've played the games so some surprises won't so "surprising" to me, but that's alright.

This is a great remake. I loved how it changed the story up. The female character was strong and smart which was a great example for my daughter watching the film. There were similarities between the movie and the ps4 game which was neat too.

This is everything that a Tomb Raider movie should have been the first go round. Not sure why it took so long for a proper visionary to grasp onto who Lara Croft really is, but I am so glad they finally got to it!!!! Thanks!!

I didn’t expect much from this, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. I held off on buying it because although quite good it wasn’t essential to own and I’m glad I did. I got it for $7.99 on Black Friday which was a great deal.

The Tomb Raider game franchise is a known quantity. I feel like fans of that franchise won't be too disappointed with this reboot. Like the reboot of the game the context of Lara Croft within the world has been made more current. The reliance on the double fisted automatic pistols is no longer an identity. Nor the over-proportional chest measurements. What we are left with is a female hybrid between Indiana Jones and Jason Bourne. To compare this movie to either of those franchises isn't fair. But if your expectations are to be entertained by an adventure with a strong female lead character than this movie at least achieves that.
