A good fun movie to watch. If I had to pick one part of the movie I disliked is the flashbacks with Lara and father. Used too much use in movie. Movie was close to two hours but while watching it goes by fast.

Yes, the movie is fantastical and unbelievable in many ways. That said, it is far more realistic than are the two Jolie flicks, and thus in comparison almost believable.

It's a better than expected movie based on a video game. I'd say it's better than the previous Tomb Raider films and better than most video game movies. It's a fun ride if you don't care about a deep story.

I had never seen any Tomb Raider movies before so this was my first. I thought it was OK. The picture quality was great and the sound was decent. I expected more rumble. Overall, a rental before a purchase.

I wonder if people who aren't familiar with Tomb Raider would even know this is based on a video game. Overall I found it very entertaining, though the plot was a little bit predictable. Still a fun watch!

A little bit of a different take to the story. I won't give anything away but I did like Alicia Vikander's interpretation more. We'll see how they do the rest of the sequels but overall it was a good show.

4k quality is superb definitely the only way to watch this movie. This movie will make you sound system shake the whole house. Worth watching.

for those of you familiar with the xbox one tomb raider game, this movie is going to feel like familiar territory. not a bad thing, as alicia vikander and cast expand on and enhance the mythos of the new tomb raider timeline. very much worth having.

I wasn’t sure how I would like Alicia Vikander replacing Angelina Jolie, but she does a good job keeping up with Jolie in the “moves” dept and they changed the story line to keep it fresh. I am looking forward to the next movie to see where they take it.

As far as video game movies go this is much better than most. I didn't see the original movies for Tomb Raider but I know they went for a ridiculous and fun tone to them. This one does not. It is trying to be serious and for the most part succeeds. I would definitely recommend fans of the game checking it out. People who aren't fans may also find some stuff to like here, Lara is likable and a character that someone people will be able to empathize with. It's not perfect but definitely worth checking out if you want to see an adventure movie that's more on the serious tone.

This film was much more entertaining than I initially gave it credit for. Lara Croft is a great heroine and this is her best film to date. It reminded me of a female-lead Indiana Jones adventure. Cannot wait for the next one.

This is a reboot of the Angelina Jolie movie. Alicia Vikander is up to the job. Lots of exciting surprises. Makes you wonder which action scenes are real and which are CGI. Can't wait for the sequels.

As in the newer games, this movie gave you a more realistic feeling of the action and the danger of injury. It was a bit weird not seeing AJ, but new lead did a great job!

Ok, not the best Tomb raider movie, but it was ok, and even though we are all used to Angelina doing this role, you can imagine this as a younger her? I could, so I enjoyed it more than others I guess. Full of action and crazy stuff like the others...

I've never seen any of the Tomb Raider movies before so I thought I would start. Storyline was interesting but the special effects weren't great. Maybe I'm just being picky. Enjoyed the movie though.

Been a fan of the Croft series. This was actually pretty good for a remake. I like how Alicia V. played Laura Croft and how the story line unfolded as it progressed. I can see a sequel in the future.

Great remake of Tomb Raider in line with the redone games of recent past. Nods to the games and more realistic cinematic portrayal of Lara Croft. Fun and entertaining. I would recommend to friends.

Alicia Vikander did a superior performance as the next generation actor carrying on the Saga of Lara Croft. Her acting took the series to the next level. Alicia is beautiful as well as intriguing. Can't wait for the next movie to come out..!

This is the TB film that should have been made the first time. This movie has a great story to develop Lara into the the Tomb Raider. It's got action and excitement, but it's not over fantasized. This is more down to earth version and one I prefer.
