There is not one thing I hate about this game! I love it I was recomended this game by a Best Buy associate and I could not stop thanking him. This game has a great storyline and amazing graphics, outstaning combats and a lot of suspension throughout the game I am willing to play this again because I have finished it 100% I just need to play online and win a couple trophies. The Online games are amazing. The maps are outstanding.

The graphics are amazing in this title. The surreal environments are heavily textured despite being on an aging system. There is also plenty of dynamic lighting and shadowing. I cannot remember the last title that looked this amazing on my TV! The storyline starts out strong with Lara constantly striving between her will to survive and lack of experience (she gets nicked, scratched, groped and impaled more than any TR game. Period. ) The later portions of the game focuses heavily on real time button mashing but since the action sequences are so intense, the player barely realizes this minor annoyance on the first play through. Overall, this title is extremely exciting and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this to any casual gamer and fan of SquareEnix! I cannot wait until the sequel but will be a bit sad knowing she won't be the innocent and vulnerable heroine as she is in this first remake title.

I had a good time playing this game the story made it me one to buy it to find out the back story of Lara Craft. The game play is great having to find the pieces to modify your weapon or make them stronger is the best way to go instead of starting with them. The replay value is there for the those who like to complete the games with 100% and continues with secrets items to find.

Let me start by saying GREAT game. If you like the Uncharted series, you will definitely like the female version of Tomb Raider with a better spin on the overall experience. Once you lock, load, and play it, it’s very hard to stop playing it through to the end. It’s a short storyline filled with adventurous plots, battles, puzzles, and more. As for the multi-player mode, it can use an extreme patch update. Loading is slow from all aspects. For example, when you are in the lobby, starting a game mode, or Re-spawning requires some patience in waiting to get through. Finding a lobby seems to take forever. It also freezes a lot. Overall, I found Tomb Raider story to be awesome due to the dramatic graphics effects, stereo sound/audio effects that accompany the animations in which I found freaking amazing. It was like watching or being in a movie. It really does draws you into the game play with its straight forward and clear storyline from beginning to end. It is a must try, must buy, and must play :)

I'm not a Tomb Raider fan. I was never a fan of the series ever since the PlayStation 1 years. I really never liked a female being the main character in a game. Then later this game came out and it reminded me a lot of Uncharted for PS3. I loved and enjoyed the Uncharted series and when I saw the trailer for the new reboot of the Tomb Raider series, and saw Lara Croft more down to earth, serious, and saw her go through everything she has to go through in this game, I was hooked!! I bought the game when it dropped to $20 and I beat it within 3 weeks. That's how good it was. I played the main story in 3 weeks.

great game. it restarts her story, and makes her human. she's a likable character, and her trials are believable. the game is fun, and feels very long. theres a lot of things to collect and are enjoyable to find and hunt for. theres a base leveling system that is functional and simple. the story is involving and interesting, the difficulty is good, not too hard, closer to easier. graphics are great. voice acting is solid.

It was the original Tomb Raider that got me back into gaming after some time off to "grow up". The adventure is alive and back with a vengeance. The story line is good, and the controls are excellent. I never felt the frustration I feel when I know I pushed the right button but the game didn't do what I wanted it to do. The only I problem I had with the game is I found a glitch in the programming that forced me to start the game over again. So, be careful when you get to the elevator puzzle! Other than this part, the game was flawless, and a great next step for the franchise.

If you're a long time TR fan you must play, while I admit some fans may be turned away by the action focuse, the exploration and wonder is there, plus survival aspect is REALLY stressed here but makes it more real. Don't worry, you'll get your chance at lost tombs and wierd long lost creatures but it's definitely a refreshing reboot just can't wait for the next one.

This is a really great game. I've always been s fan of tomb raider games. They delivered on this one as well.

You will not put this game down it really sucks you in and it is a blast to play. I wish we had the PS3 20 years ago so we could of played this back then its that good. I love the controls and the look of Laura much more grittier then the other versions. BUY IT

My experience with this game might be a colored by the fact that I played it AFTER I played The Last of Us, but it just feels disappointing. The pace seems off. Like, I want to move on, but the game is holding me back. But other than that, it's generally a good game. The story is engaging, and the graphics are top notch. Great environment. But in the end, it's somewhat forgettable.

I've been a fan of the Tomb Raider series since the original Playstation. However, the series had its issues when the controls were changed. I think that this latest Installment has made improvements in all aspects, most importantly the controls and gameplay. The game seems to push the Playstation 3 to its limits. I would recommend this great addition to the Tomb Raider series.

This game is a great addition to the Tomb Raider franchise. The graphics are amazing, the storyline is very compelling, and they improved the controls that plagued the previous games. The only thing I don't like is the voices. It's small, but hearing Lara say "Ok Lara, you can do this" over and over really began to irritate me. Otherwise, I loved it!

This game has really lived up to the hype. Lara is back, really enjoyed this game. Picked it up for 20 bucks.

I recommend this product to anyone who enjoys the tombraider franchise. It has a real life feeling to the story , you become part of lara croft's world The graphics to the game are eye popping.

Great graphics a lot more action in this tomb raider than ever before a must play for anyone. A lot of side mission u can do. The only down fall to the game is that the cutscenes to the game r very long but u can skip them and u do run out of ammo on the better guns a lot

Got this for a great deal of $15 during Black Friday. I've never played any of the previous Tomb Raiders. I just know Lara Croft from the Angelina Jolie movies and the early press during the Playstation One days when they named her the hottest game character ever at the time. This, I am to understand, is an origins story and though I have yet had the time to play it, the gameplay that I saw during my research looks amazing. From my research alone, it looks like it is worth trying out.

Fun game overall. Great graphics, and gameplay. Worth picking up.
