I like the pads because they can be used different ways. I can use to ease pain, especially in my veins that are too close to the surface in my legs, or I can warm my body by using it on my back when I get into the cold car in the morning. The pain relief was really good for my legs. I wish it worked on my spine. It seems effective and powerful. It’s amazing that one little battery can power the lights in this way. It’s not super warm, but it’s definitely putting out some power!!! One downside is that you need to charge it after only a couple uses. Another thing that’s not so good is that you can’t use it while you’re charging it… My dad is using one of the pads to try to grow hair on his head. It might work. We’ll see!

I have chronic back pain and didn't find any more relief from this thing. I just recommend a regular heating pad I would say it works better.

Does not take a charge well don’t work like expected. Not worth it

Not bad, but I don't think it eased pain any better than a heating pad would. Also, I don't feel like it holds a charge very well. I would use it for about 20 minutes (standard shut off time), my husband would use it for the same time, and then it would need to be recharged for a while before it could be used again. Kind of a hassle for the price. Other than that, it was handy in that you can wear it and move it to various locations on your body.

It is a good product for the money. I would like to have more lights and for it to be a bit bigger.

Works great! I notice a big difference with lower back pain due to arthritis.

Not very large and while coming with two wraps is nice, they don't attach to the pad in any way. Most importantly I used it for 15 minutes and barely provided any heat. Can't believe the cost of this either. Returning

Got this for my elderly mother with chronic back pain. Seems to be having good results.

This it’s so good, because it’s light infrared and red. For the pain and regenerate.

I purchased this item because I have had knee pain.

First time I used it and after that would never stay on.
