This product performs very well. GPS is accurate, battery life is good and sync is fast. Haven't loaded any routes, but tracks are accurate. Synchronization with run keeper is painless.

I love this fitness watch!! So far it has accurately tracked distance and HR, even on the treadmill. (I did calibrate it a few times on the street, first). I love the freedom of no chest strap! I wish it was a little more aesthetically pleasing (more like the Garmin Forerunner), but functionally, I like it so much better.

Love the HR function -and not having to wear a HR band. It has performed beyond my expectations . I was a Garmin Fan - through and through --- but have to admit that my Tom Ton has converted me.

I purchased this watch last year as my first GPS watch. PROS -Easy to read display -Very accurate GPS -Good battery life (about 4 hours of use) CONS -Sometimes takes a few minutes to connect to GPS signal -Instant pace and speed lags at times. you can slow down and it takes a few seconds to record your new pace Overall this watch is a great tool for the average runner. The GPS is very accurate. The heart rate seems pretty accurate as well, although I rarely use it. My biggest complaint is that the watch stores a log of all your runs and you need to sync the watch to your computer to erase the log. The watch can only store about 10 runs so you need to clear it monthly. there are times I will be in the middle of a run and the watch will stop working and say "log is full" and the watch shuts off. This happened once during a half marathon run and the watch was inactive for the entire race.

Hi! We are super happy you are enjoying your Runner watch. The pace can take a bit of time to be calculated as it refers to an average of your speed in minutes over kilometer and the same goes for speed alone as it is a calculation of the distance over time. There needs to be a little bit of distance/time to get an accurate reading. In regards to the memory the best thing you can do is also pair it to your smartphone so those logs go automatically after you finished them to your account.
