I love my new Spark running watch. Now I can leave my bulky phone at home and use my watch to track my run, and play music on my wireless headphones. Lots of features, and my runs automatically sync to my Nike run app. I love it!!!

Sends you to a site to down load and install drivers on your computer. before you know it you have bought a driver program. Not easy to navigate on the watch from program to program. Home site on computer does not have much information about your work outs. Very bulky (big) on the wrist, and the band make my hand fall asleep. Over all would not recommend anyone to buy this brand or fitness watch.

I'm sorry that you've had such a difficult time with your Spark Music GPS watch. I read your review and I would like to address some of the issues you've raised. MySports Connect is a free the desktop software that allows you to transfer music, download software updates, and update QuickGPS Fix. Regarding the MySports web platform, we are working on improving the features and functionality of MySports. We are committed to providing more information than we are currently doing. I'm sorry that you don't find the band very comfortable. We redesigned the band to have a more secure fit. I would recommend that you try the band on a looser setting and see if you find it to be more comfortable. I hope this helps to improve your experience!

Unfortunately I broke my first one accidentally but luckily I had the protection warranty. I like that it has a music feature. The band is improved and stays on very well. It is very comfortable to wear and I only take it off to charge. Battery life is great but I mostly use it on treadmill mode. I'm sure the battery life is shorter running on gps mode all the time. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very easy to use, even while running

Easy to switch screens while running. I love the results page on my computer & smartphone. Very good battery life and charges quickly on my computer while I am reviewing results. After using, I bought one for my girl friend, also a runner and biker.

This watch has it all. Plus she can download music. As an added plus, I got an email from best buy that they will show you how to use all the features for free. So far, she loves it.

It was very easy to set up and the controls are simple to use . Syncing to my computer and phone was not a problem. Downloading music was simple, as well.

Battery life is excellent, I get about 10 days use before charge. This use is without using the music player though, so not sure what actual impact that might have on battery. I would recommend this brand to others

Great price for the watch!

The price for a new band was $32, and I wanted to get a spare charging cord, which was another $45. I got the whole thing without having to wait 2 months for $99!
