The video case was destroyed in shipping and so far eve disc has an issue and will stop play and not advance…yes they were cleaned before being inserted

I purchased this for over $150 and received the completely wrong item. When I contacted the seller for a replacement, they made promises to initiate a return but never did and then closed my issue without any type of resolution.
