Tom has outdone himself in this sequel to a admittedly awkward 80's action flick. Somehow paying homage to the original while simultaneously surpassing it in many ways, Maverick will go down as the film that almost saved hollywood. One day I'll get a 4K tv and bluray player to see if its worth it but for now plain old bluray is just top notch.

This movie needs no explanation or inspirational speech. This movie was long overdue but it was worth the wait. It continues the life and times of Pete Mitchell after 35 years. It is a great story and is worth adding to your movie collection. The steel book case is a very cool design. Both the case and disk arrived undamaged. The 4K disk played without issues.

The artwork isn’t any mind blowing (although thankfully it’s not a generic and lazy reuse of a poster) but the 4K is out of this world. One of the best usage of sound and the aspect ratio changes are extraordinary. I was blown away by how good the transfer was and it’s easily top 3 4K of all time in my eyes.

Great movie, it's almost like it transitioned right into this right after the first Top Gun like it didn't skip a beat. Great second part to Top Gun and was one I had to see in the theater with the jets flying by and hearing the loud engines fun experience and steelbook isn't bad either

It's rare when they make a sequel better than the original, but they've done it here. There are times where belief can't be suspended, but you'll have so much fun you won't care.

Rarely is a sequel as good as the original but Maverick nails it. It pays homage to the original movie but also stands out on its own as a great story. If you loved Top Gun you will love Maverick

Amassing condition, no dents or scratches which is the best you can ask for with purchasing a steelbook! I wish more movies coming out had even near as much patriotism as this movie did.

Over 35 years in the making. Tom Cruise shines as Maverick. Maverick returns to train a new bunch of pilots on a new and dangerous mission. Tom Cruise's best performance to date. A true cinematic classic. Well worth the price!!!

This was the biggest movie of 2022 and rightfully so. The Steelbook design is ok but still love the 4K visuals and a GREAT film to watch

By far a 1000% improvement to the original, but at same time it honors the original movie. The camera views make the movie bigtime.

Make sure you turn on your surround sound because this move is amazing and the roar of the engines, battle scenes are bomb

Tom Cruise does it again. This movie single-handedly saves Hollywood distribution and it shows. This is the type of movie you don’t see very much of any more and we should get more of.

Story line is somewhat a copycat of star war, but great action movie for all ages and you don’t get bored watching it over and over again.

Probably one of the best movies to come out in the last 10 years. Truly awesome! Cool steelbook too.

Great movie overall. Love this one compared to the first one. The sound is the best part of this disc. Its a demo worthy disc! Not to mention the visuals is phenomenal as well!

Remember that 80s movie that was corny and quotable. Well kick in high gear for a 2022 sequel that shouldn’t be this amazing. That isnt corny but awesome
