If you were good at Top Spin 2, be patient. You will struggle with Top Spin 3 at first. The controls are different. Your position on the court in reference to the ball matters more in TS3. The movement reminds me a little of Rockstar's Table Tennis. There are more levels, a tennis school that will teach you the new controls, and TS3 is more realistic. The main thing is to be patient and learn the new controls. You will be glad you did.

This is the best tennis game, by far, that has come out so far. It is a little tricky at first to get used to all the timing, but once you do, it turns out to be a really fun game. This is the latest and greatest tennis sim out there, and it is definitely worth a try.
