Classic - Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This 1988 film is a classic adapted from the 1977 play of the same name by its author Harvey Fierstein...and it seems not to have lost it's luster over time.

Best true to life gay movie

Anne Bancroft is amazing as well as the rest of the cast. If you're just starting out in life and trying to relate to the gay lifestyle this is the movie to watch. I cry everytime I watch it. Just exceptional whether you're gay or straight.

Feinstein is a genius.
