This is a perfectly done recreation of a classic Resident Evil game. The game offers modern controls or classic tank controls. Every detail feels just like a classic RE game, including the music, fixed cameras, controls, puzzles, and survival horror. If you like classic RE, you will enjoy this game.

This game is fantastic, feels just like a GameCube era Resident Evil game.

For anyone that is a fan of classic survival horror (Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc) this game offers old school tank controls/combat, puzzles, cheesy dialogue. It's these things that offer a sense of charm, overlooking the clunky controls and reminding us of a better time for horror games.

Amazing graphics and story line to tell really scary too

This is a fantastic retro feeling horror title perfect to play during Halloween season. Cool atmosphere, decent controls, nice graphics, and unique enemy designs paired with that old school retro gaming feel makes this a must have in my book. I had a blast playing this one.

In the vein of old school, tank control games such as the early Resident Evil games here comes Tormented Souls and its a creepy horror experience that will keep you guessing as to what will happen next and what's going on over all. If you love old school RE games than this is what that you will enjoy.

Definitely a love letter to the early games of horror survival. It will definitely take gamers back who remember playing the RE games1-3 and other HS games like Silent Hill and the like. It might not appeal to new gamers but if given a chance they may be surprised at how fun they'll actually find the game to be.

Honestly a almost a 3.5-4 star game for price and setting/gameplay. Is this game perfect, absolutely not. Is this game worth a play, yes it is. It plays like resident evil remake but with better controls. I’m assuming the developer used a “similar” engine to the re engine, because it looks just like remake but the main character model could use work and cinematic cutscenes are not very good. So, for the enemy design, the developer took the body gore from silent hill and the setting of resident evil 1 and made a game out of it. The difficulty is fair and the supplies you get are adequate if you play the game like it was silent hill more than resident evil as they are scarce. I really dislike giving bad criticism, but the voice acting is phoned in. The game would have been a lot better with better voice acting or direction that gave any feeling in it. “Spoiler” for example, the MC has her eye removed and she was a like, “my eye was removed, sucks to be me”. Maybe better directing would have made it better, but so far all lines delivered from all npcs, fall flat. Maybe I’m spoiled from VAs like Tara Strong but it sounded monotone from everyone.

Really quality horror game like the old school RE games. Great graphics, puzzles & sound design for a smaller budgeted game. Really impressed. Some slight nudity in the game, so caution if you have any younger horror fans around.

I like a good horror investigational game and I didn’t know what to expect when I bought it. It’s actually a good game even though it gets a little slow at some points. All of a sudden it will give you a scare and as it goes on it gets even better.

Great old school survival horror game. Voice acting needs some work & the puzzles can be a bit on the vague side but honistly, a solid 8.0/10!
