Excellent for keeping cool. A little heavy, but solid product.

I am always weary of promises made my portable cooling products. But this one delivers air conditioner level cooling is a very lightweight and ergonomic unit. Highly recommended.

The device does keep you feeeling a little bit cooler

Here’s a review for the Torras Neck Cooling Device: The Torras neck cooling device didn’t quite meet my expectations. While it does blow air, it mostly relies on the ambient temperature, so it’s not as cooling as I had hoped. On hot days, it feels more like regular airflow rather than providing a noticeable cooling effect. If you’re looking for something that actively cools regardless of the weather, this might not be the best choice. It’s functional, but not exactly what I was expecting in terms of cooling performance.

this product is an amazing deal! It keeps you cool during the summer, and warm during the winter. The battery has a long life, and it's very lightweight. Highly recommended!

I've had this product for a short while, however, I find that it is helpful and soothing when needed for the surrounding temperatures in order to bring comfort.

I bought this because i live in yuma arizona and i am a merchandiser. Some store backrooms get hot. It keeps my body temp down and keeps my neck and face cool.

Works just like advertised. Switches from hot to cold within 2 seconds. Definitely recommend for outside work in heat. Also winter time definitely will keep you warm

The device keeps the area it touches very cool on a hot day, but I wouldn't say that the feeling is very refreshing. In fact, the sweat + cold felt more like an uncomfortable cold. Might be better in warm but not hot conditions

I was surprised at how cool it gets, I used it for a trip to Universal Studios. The weather was hot but I stayed cool while waiting in line.

It was Solid construction with a good battery life and felt great in a moderatly temp room but not outdoors. Maybe in a dryer climate with less humidity, but not in oklahoma

As soon as i put this thin on my neck and turned it on.... Its as if my life changed. No more worrying if i need to bring a sweat rag everywhere!

For the price it’s worth it….. when is too hot outside the only problem it get sticky with the sweat other than that love this product

Many neck fans exist... but the cooling/heat is so great for the neck and shoulders it really makes it worthwhile
