Louder than anticipated and advertised (per manufacturer). It works okay, but the price far exceeds its usefulness. Additionally, this model is quite bulky and a tad heavy. Still, it does help cool me when I'm on a work project outside in the heat.

[Employee of bestbuy] I wasn't really expecting them to be great, but the cooling pad on the back is actually really really nice. It's like sticking your foot out of the blanket when trying to sleep. The fan speed also gets faster than I thought it would. The sound is the only thing that might be annoying. It's not crazy loud unless you have the fans at max (which again is way faster than I thought it could do) so it's not a big issue for me cause the first setting is usually enough for me.

Wore this for a trip to Disney in July. It worked really well and kept my neck cool. But because it was in the high 90's in humid, I don't think anything would have helped. I always had it on and it made me feel a little better than without it.

Haven't had it that long but the heater works great. In the summer I will try the A/C

This is actually very comfortable. It works great. The cooling operates great.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. There is a metal plate that sits on the back of the neck and it is very cold. Cold air comes out from the top and bottom vents on the sides. There are 2 settings and 3 levels of fan speed. The first setting is a/c and the other option is fan. Very lightweight and charges quickly. Highly recommend and would buy again.

Good cooling features. My biggest issue is it does not stay charged long and takes a long time to charge. For the price the fan should stay charged longer.

This is a great fan. I olny wish it came with a case.

Works grate for the Florida heat. I would highly recommend it, keeps you cool in hot temperatures. Easy to use and the charge lasts a long time.

Keeps you cool and with the cold pack against your neck it’s and I stand cooling especially on those hot summer days

Purchased to use while cutting grass and gardening. It was a great help during our feel like temperatures of over 100 last month.

This item really keeps my husband cool. He uses it to cut grass and when he’s washing cars.

This product is great have tried many other types but know of them compare to this one it feels like a Mini A/C around your neck
