great bang for my buck love the cooling. the only reason I could survive sitting outdoors for along time

This cools your neck when out in the sun. Does as described. I have no issues with this item. Great item.

I used the air conditioning feature of the item. Worked like a charm until my neck started aching. Now, my neck aches at the very area the a/c made contact with the back of my neck. I returned it.

Works as intended but poor battery life cooling does not work as well as i thought it would. I think the cheaper model worked better even though it has a smaller cooling area the fan setting disperses the cool air better

I use.for work. It refreshes my neck and blows air to keep my face fresh. Only thing that, sinxe it is a fan it blows air according to the temperature.

It work great and keeps me cool waile at work it does this job amazing. I love it.

It works well enough while riding the Metro, but it doesn't cool especially well in other situations. Also: they really didn't think through the user interface on this thing at all. There really isn't a good way to figure out what the current settings are without taking the device off and looking at it.

I bought it to compare to a basic cooling tool I got from TEMU. Hands down it is much better built and had cooling and warming functionalities. However I still went with Temu's product due to the price considerations. It was a quater of the cost. I may reconsider in the future.
