It has a one year company warrenty on it but they want me to buy another one before they can credit me for a new one. HOW ON FAIR IS THAT????? Personally I think this bad customer service.

It will only cool when in AC indoors. I should have bought the lower end model with only a fan and saved money.

To activate the cooling function, simply press the snowflake button on the side of the device; this engages the cooling plate for a refreshing, cool sensation. The sun icon activates the warming mode for use in colder weather.
