Our Guardian Case is military-grade tested (MIL-STD-810G) and designed for easy installation - please align the camera first, then gently press the sides (no force needed).The issue you met was rare and we would like to give you a new/same one from our side. If you can kindly provide the SN number of your machine, you don't need to send back the original one to us.
