      Wow what a quiet microwave! You can mute the sounds which is great but the door on this thing closes softly and with no noise! Amazing. It is a perfect size. It holds a 10 inch dinner plate and a tall mason jar! LOVE!

      I needed a microwave with very specific and peculiar dimensions in order to fit into a cabinet and Best Buy provided the best tool to do just that. This microwave has great reviews and I’ve found that it lives up to the hype. I am not a heavy user of microwave ovens, so many features go unused, however, This model is very easy to use and the keypad is intuitive.

      I have purchased a Toshiba Microwave oven on January 11, 2021 . Model number is EM031M2EC-CHSS. After some days it started some kind of noise that sounded like " dtub, dtub, dtub," etc. Also the rotation is not even and it stops for couple of seconds and rstartagain. since it was over fifteen days I could not being it back to the store. So I contacted the Toshiba customer service. They were not very helpful to say the least. They finally asked me to send an e mail describing the problem to them. I did the same. I am still waiting for the response. in short I am very unsatisfied with that purchase and Toshiba.

      A great microwave for the price! Especially love that the buttons' colors are so bright; my mom can really see them. Works like a champ

      The power level button didn't work and it made a loud, buzzing sound when it ran
