    Perfect size for our space, fills it completely so seems much larger than our previous TV. We already had a Firestick so very simple to operate. The picture is a bit dim out of the box, but it has one of the easiest adjustments for brightness of any TV I’ve seen lately. Sound is so so and I’m not a huge fan of the set up for audio out through the headphone jack. But it all works, and I have no complaints about the great sound through our stereo. It’s light and easy to set up, the same as anny other current TV of this size.

    Its a great tv which is why i gave it 4 stars only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because sometimes it will freeze when im viewing something online. I have to unplug the tv and restart it.

    Great price for 4k 43 inch TV, including free same day shipping. Easy set up. Easy switch with HDMI to Laptop and DVD player. I only use it for antenna TV and to switch to laptop and DVD player. Remote is strange no numbers and a pain to switch channels. Maybe I am missing something

    Not Same TV as Online/Delivery Date Not Met

    I bought this exact TV back in Sept 2025 (in store). Liked it, decided to buy it again (online) in Dec 2025 (just 3 mos later) & have it delivered. I would get it sooner by having it delivered than waiting to pick it up in store. It came 2 days AFTER the original delivery date & it was NOT the same TV that I bought back in Sept. Nor was it the same TV as posted online either. By the way, the wrong picture is still posted online right now. The TV I bought in Sept had the RCA hook ups on the back of it (as shown in the attached picture). The TV I bought & received in Dec did NOT have the RCA hook ups (as shown in the attached picture). How is this right? Best Buy posts a picture online of the product you THINK you're going to receive & they send you a DIFFERENT one. False advertising in my opinion! I called the Best Buy 800#. Talked to some guy, working from home, who could not help me at all. I asked for the direct store's phone number. He said they got rid of that. Really? C'mon, the store has no phone? Ridiculous! He said he'd send the store an email for a manager to call me back that same day. I had to ask him to copy me on the email. Why they don't automatically do that, I have no idea?! Not one single manager from the store ever called me! A couple of days go by, still no call back. I had to box the TV back up (after it was almost all set up) & take it back into the store to have my issue even addressed. What a headache & a waste of my time! I shouldn't have had to do this just to get my issue addressed. I get into the store only to find out I had to buy an adapter, so I can utilize my RCA hook ups. The manager at the store did make it right by not charging me for the adapter, that I appreciated. Sadly, that was the only positive part about my whole experience. Delayed delivery, as well as the wrong online pictures of the back of the TV. Buyer beware!

    I've purchased this tv twice. First purchase was on May 9, 2025 and second purchase was July 3, 2025. The tv I purchased on May 9 malfunctioned on July 3. Per BestBuy/GeekSquad policy any tv less than 55 inches is deemed "repairable" so it was sent out for repairs (two week minimum). In the meantime I repurchased the same tv with the intention of returning it with in the 15 period. On July 13 the current purchase malfunctioned in the exact same manner as my first purchase--screen is blurred, bottom third of the tv is. just a solid color. Screen flickers on all apps. Photos are of the malfunction from both tvs.

    NO MORE TOSHIBA!!!!

    This is my first time EVER IN LIFE writing a review! My words of advice are make sure you know the return policy prior to purchasing and two I’ll never purchase another Toshiba TV! I haven’t had my TV for a month and it’s not working properly. There’s a bar at the bottom that’s flickering. I called Best Buy first only to find that their return/exchange policy is 15 days from the date of purchase. Not the typical, month. Of course it’s still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty but we all know how gruesome that process is!
