For me it's too much tied Prime, it goes thru Amazon Prime to update, setup, and register the TV before using. I also don't like that there are no numeric push buttons on the remote control so asking Alexa is the fast way to change the channels.

I am still trying to figure out a few things as my previous tv that this replaced was 12 years old and things are a little different with a fire tv. But overall this seems to be a quality item for an amazing price.

She wanted a 4k TV but needed a smaller size. This ended up working perfectly for her. All of her past TVs were ok, but never had a volume quality like this. She says it helps with her hearing aids and loves the picture quality. Already has Amazon, so setup was pretty quick.

Also if my wife is watching something on the big tv upstairs I can go down and watch something different. For the price it’s a good little tv. Great sound and picture. The setup was a bit different than what I’m used to but no big deal.

As good as any non-OLED under $1K

With a little fiddling with the advanced picture setup choices, this tv will look as good as any other non-oled tv under $1K. It really is that good. And Toshiba makes great tvs--always has. If there's a complain about this tv, it's that the fire OS is very slow, so I recommend getting a roku or using something that responds better.

It’s more responsive and overall a better experience than my last fire tv. It’s just a great tv at a budget price. This tv also has filmmaker setting for a better viewing experience in my opinion.

Only issue has been sometimes I have to unplug and plug the TV to turn it off for an initial watching. I’ll just have to figure that out. Otherwise, excellent TV!
