It was easy to set up and connect my Amazon account and my old Fire TV settings. The reason for my three star rating is due to purchasing a delivery time slot. The delivery was made at the end of the time slot which was frustrating since I anticipated it being earlier. If I had known that, I would have saved the money and chosen regular delivery.

Can't use remote for volume when it's set to hdmi input. Have to use cable remote for it. Easy to stream using remote though.have not yet had problems other reviewers have mentioned like lines showing up on screen.
