Replaced a four year old Sony that had component failure. Purchased an open box through the Best Buy on line with anticipation of its arrival. The amazing thing is everything just works. Crystal clear picture and sharp images on screen with the clarity provided by satellite dish. Had no expectations of gaming, computer interface or any type of high performance, so we are good. Under $400 delivered price is BIG bonus in this day and age.

3 years in, highly recommend this TV great picture and sound!

I was with my adult nephew who helped me select the best TV for my needs & because I am 77 yrs. old & have vision issues; I depended on him to guide me along with the sales lady who answered all our questions. Once home, my nephew got all hooked up without any problems & it is working fine. I will definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for a new TV. The sales lady was sincere & knew answers to my concerns.

I wanted a TV I could see and use my HULU, Amazon Prime, NETFLIX, and other stuff on while I exercised. This is perfect -- great picture, and smart for all those devices and services. And Best Buy is the only place we buy appliances, TV, and all electronic devices. Great service and their products are always a step above those other stores, especially Sam's Club and Costco (their stuff is, I believe, seconds). Keep up the great work!

I purchased my 3rd Toshiba Fire TV and I love this one as well. I love that it’s light weight, thin, and the picture quality is great. I love the App options and the fact that it’s voice activated. The price was great for this size tv. I highly recommend.

Budget 50" compares favorably with other budget brand models, not ideal for gaming but Fire TV and Alexa technologies work with just a few hitches. Purchased in August of 2020 and placed in secondary bedroom. Pros: For the price, picture is average to good in most cases Amazon Software is useful, especially for Prime members Cons: Mediocre at best for gaming, pc use. (Input lag, Artifacts splotches of brightness and darkness on screen) Overall Fire TV is a little finicky on setup and needs a decent wifi signal.

Easy to setup. Beautiful picture and decent sound. And fairly lightweight to move when needed.

Easy to set up. Very lightweight, I carried it in by myself. It had a beautiful picture!

I needed a TV for my living room that was a decent size and could be mounted on the wall. Added bonus if it was a smart TV (I need all my streaming services in 1 place). It didn't need to be crazy fancy. After reading the reviews this TV was it. It's the right size to fit where it would be mounted and has all the functions I needed. The price point also helped my decision to buy.

I'm not sure if this is the right TV that I ultimately ended up purchasing because the 2 others went to different locations to never be seen again...but I received one. At first the TV worked great, and I loved the Alexa feature and the fact I could use all of my streaming channels. It has such a beautiful picture, and I enjoyed it very much, but now just 3 months later the Fire remote has stopped working all together and without that remote you can't access your streaming channels. I still have my cable assess because I have my cable remote but as for why I bought the TV in the first place, I can't use the Google Fire Feature at all. I've changed the batteries 6 times, tried resetting the remote as per a tutorial I found on YouTube. Nothing has worked and I can't reset the TV because I need the remote for that too. I $30 and that's on sale. Also, the picture keeps freezing up when I'm looking for a movie to watch. I wish I had did better research.

Great TV and great price. Excellent sound and color. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 for one reason. We bought the TV for our mom. The TV when turned on forced you to pick an icon and choose what you wanted to watch. Netflix, Hulu, or regular cable etc. Fine but when you turn the TV off it should resort back to whatever you were watching. So for example if you were watching standard cable TV, say ABC, then turned the set off, and then back on it would go back to the icons, not back to ABC. With that said we were ready to return it. We tried in the settings to fix the challenge, but to no avail. THANK YOU to You Tube. We looked at video's on You Tube and there is a fix in the settings, but it is not where you would expect it to be. So, in conclusion the directions did not show how to fix the problem and with googling, I could tell other people had the same challenge. Again, great TV and it is fixable in settings but I knocked a star off in having to deal with the outlined problem.

Great picture. Good sound (no sound bar). Smart TV easy to use. So light!!

So far has this for one month. Good picture, the only issue, the remote died a few days afterwards. After dealing with toshiba customer service for about 1 hr, was able to get a replacement remote in the mail

What a great TV at an excellent price! We cut the cable and needed an upgrade. The picture is clear, and adding a digital antenna gave us all the local channels, also very clear. We are now saving around $130/month. This TV will pay for itself in no time. Easy setup with our Amazon account info, and many choices of apps that are free. We are so glad we bought this TV.
