You get why you pay for

The good: size is good, not heavy and easy to setup. The not so good: Sound leaves a lot to be desired, sounds like you are listening to a conversation in a tin can. The picture is not exactly what I would expect from a 4K tv. My older tv has a better picture :/ I would return the tv but the kids got to the box when I was not looking.

I love Toshiba. I couldn’t turn down the price for a Toshiba. My parents had a Toshiba from the 90s and just gave it away about 5 years ago and it was still playing perfectly! (Just gave it away because it wasn’t flat screen)

If you use Amazon Alexa this is great. "Alexa, turn on Fire TV." "Alexa, turn down the volume on Fire TV." "Alexa tell Fire TV to pause." "Alexa, play The Wonder Years on Hulu." We love it! Would be 5 stars if it had 120Hz refresh rate, but we don't watch much fast moving sports so the 60Hz screen refresh is fine with us.

At first the picture was great. After the first week we noticed white border developing around the perimeter. Over the last week the image has become splotchy, looking like light/ dark clouds on the screen depending on the background. We bought this on sale and it had good reviews, but they must have been paid reviews because this tv is horrible. We are also having issues when using our sound bar with this tv. I’ll go to a competitor and buy a different brand next time.
