The interface on this TV is one of the best I've ever seen. It uses crisp, clear menus, placing advanced options one step deeper into the menus so you can easily access all the most important features. There are plenty of configuration options, so if you're nitpicky like I am you have the ability to fine-tune things just how you want them. The input menu is superior to what I've seen on many other TVs, presenting you with a menu of choices that can be selected by number instead of having to step through them one by one. (I've seen modern TVs with a half-dozen inputs where you have to go through them all again if you accidentally skip the input you wanted.) Picture and sound quality are perfectly satisfactory, though the sound seemed a bit muddy to me until I reduced the bass. For a small apartment setting where the primary usage is gaming, watching DVDs, and using it as an extra computer monitor, I couldn't imagine a better television for the price.

This was a birthday present for my teenage son. It's a perfect size for a bedroom set and the price was the best I found after much research. He plays X-Box games on it primarily and it really enhances the gaming experience.

Bought the refurbished model for a Christmas present. At this point it works fine. There was a good size scratch on the outer rim of the set. A small discount was provided due to this defect. Other than that it has a nice picture and the size is perfect for our room. Shipping was no problem.
