Very satisfactory, Need more time to use it.

In my opinion, giving a review within such a short time doesn't reveal how good a product is. Ask me after I use it a year or two to rate it and the rating would reflect a more honest judge of the quality. I hope it measures up to my previous Toshiba laptop which was great!

I recommend visiting support.toshiba.com/troubleshoot and stepping through the interactive instructions there to help determine the cause and resolve the problem.
You also have the option of contacting Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 if the website link above doesn't solve the problem.
