    The computer was fine for 3 months then out of nowhere shutdown and never rebooted. Thankfully I purchased the tech support!

    I was replacing my Windows 7 Toshiba Laptop, and this model had just about everything I wanted. Nice large screen and plenty of memory. I'm happy with it so far. Still getting used to Windows 10. I would recommend this laptop as a good value for the money.
