I loved the laptop. Good performance, display quality, baterry life. The led backlight for the keaboard is really cool. Downside: no VGA port and is a little heavy. But I loved it, the style is nice. The tablet is awful, I could not connect the WiFi un My bedroom, recepcion is poor. Camera has good p???xels, but the image quality is awful, and there is a bug that don't let you take pictures. Tablet without WiFi is like having a block. I had to return the whole package. You need to pay to keep the laptop.

I purchased this combo less than 6 weeks ago with in 3 weeks the computer crashed. I only used the computer 4 maybe 6 times. Since it was over 15 days I'm stuck with the computer. Geek squad is ok. They are helping to get it fixed but it's now been over 2 weeks since I brought it in. Still no lap top. Always remember " you get what u pay for" one day I will remember this. The computer hard drive crashed. It made a ticking sound and then kaboom. Blue screen. :(

My experience with these products is terrible. I recently bought this combo and and the laptop has a major flaw, and to make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal! In short, if you have a BLUETOOTH device (Mouse, keyboard headset or speakers) that you want to connect to the computer, you can say goodbye to the WIFI. The chip for wireless (I believe made by Intel) is faulty, which may be why they are trying to offload these laptops.
