The main problem I encountered is the control is hardwired to the speaker. This makes it impossible to route the cable through an opening less than 3"+ in diameter. If you place the speaker and the control on the same space, no problem. This means your choices are to place the speaker on the same location as your monitor or place the control on the same location as the speaker. Both a bad choice. The only other option is to make holes in your cabinet large enough to pass the control through.

In my work I don't need something that does extraordinary things, I do A LOT of writing. For convenience sake, it's just what I was needing and looking for. Plus, I'm generally sold on Toshiba lap tops, they always last far longer than others.

This product is easy To use and very convenient. Great size. Screen resolution is good but not as sharp as I would like. It's a bit grainy looking

This laptop has lots of hard drive for file storage and programs that I needed to load onto it. The Intel processor is fast. A lot of computer for the price!

I purchased this product brand new, and it took forever to load the simplest things. For example google chrome would take about 3 mins to actually pop up. I also had wifi issues even in my house when I was 5 feet away from my router. I know it wasn't my wifi because every other device connected to the wifi worked fine. Also had wifi issues when I was on campus at my university. I couldn't do anything. My phone can connect to the school wifi but my computer can't? It defeats it's purpose as a laptop. Who buys a laptop nowadays that can't connect to the Internet? Anyway I returned my laptop and got a 2 in 1 Lenovo to replace it. Hasn't given me any problems yet, and i bought it used. It's a shame because I really liked how light And portable this laptop was

I love my new computer. It's so easy to use. I had a little trouble with windows 10 at first, because it is not compatible with some antivirus software, and when you install it, it goes into a "repair" hoop. I had to restore and reinstall windows 10, from the options provided. After that, it runs smoothly and hasn't happened again. Despite that trouble in the beginning, Windows 10 is a lot better and easier to work with than 8, which I had in my previous computer.

This is a wonderful device and I highly recommend it as a great portable small laptop

I got this for school and it has been great. It does everything I need and more. The only thing I'm still adjusting to is the keyboard size and it is somewhat flat and I make a lot of typing errors. Nothing I won't eventually get the hang of! It's lightweight, fast, and I love the tablet feature for movies etc. So far the best Windows computer I've ever owned (long time Mac user!)

I bought this laptop.and its great.i also have the Thrive the tablet.and had no problems. Recommend to anyone who wants great products and not to expensive!!

Nice lightweight very nice laptop. Keyboard takes some time to get used to.

It stylish, sleek and lightweight, great for a traveling laptop. And with a large hard drive of 500GB, and 4gb of RAM it is a great little computer/tablet with a touch screen. Also run well enough with Window 10.

This is a great machine that brides the gap between laptop and tablet. Lots of versatility at a reasonable price.

We wanted a reasonably fast lightweight computer that can be used like a tablet--but that is more powerful than a tablet and has a USBport. We tried several other brands and this Toshiba did the job far better than the others we tested.

Bought this for my 15 year old daughter. Have had loads of trouble with wireless not automatically connecting - like have to go through the wireless setup each time, stored profile doesn't seem to work right. NOT a fan of Windows 10 so far either. But then, I wasn't a fan of Windows 8 (sticking with 7 for now on my other devices). Also have had issues with it not wanting to charge . . . then behaving normally a few days later. Not impressed at all with Toshiba anymore.

The laptop is extremely small (should have done some research before buying it). I have had it three weeks and the buttons do not seem to work. It misses a letter in almost every sentence. Not good when you're writing papers in a word document. Sometimes, the Internet just closes out when you are using the touch screen which is terrible if you are in the middle of an exam for school which you are not Llowed to reopen. I guess you get what you pay for with this one

It's a great loptop. It has everything that I needed. It has Microsoft Office. The best feature I enjoy about my loptop is the tablet mode. I can use it as a tablet or both. it's a product more people should purchase!

Really liked it was a guft for my son. Wanted something more poratable in size and it worked out perfectly. Really liked it. Good product.
