Great but can be slow

I just can't quite get used to the fact that when typing a paper or an e-mail it's a litte slow to process the keys I hit. Other than that, it's great!!

I really wish I would have waited to purchase another computer. It's adequate for word documents and taking notes in class. The computer is lightweight but I'm having trouble with the keyboard. It's seems as if the keys aren't sensitive enough. On a positive note it does include Microsoft Office 365.

Only issue is all the factory installed junk programs. Trial of this, free version of that. I thought the Geek Squad could remove all that for me, but it was going to cost 75% of the computer price just to get it done. Kinda spoiled the low price...
