I've been looking for a fast computer for home use and this one fits the bill and then some. The convertible with touchscreen is simply awesome. I wish the touch pad wasn't so enormous - i have to undo a lot of clicks because I haven't quite mastered moving so far over to the left. Sometimes the keyboard gets stuck when moving from tablet to PC mode. For example, the CAPS LOCK will be on and the type will be in CAPS and then, even though I turn CAPS LOCK off, the type is still in CAPS. I've found restarting the computer it fixes it. These are the only issue I've found after using it for a solid month.

My last Toshiba was super, I could not mess it up. This one took some time to set up, and Toshiba tech. support was terrible. If you get a lemon, you're in trouble.

It's a good unit. Most would think I'm crazy for buying a 15.6 2in1, but I like it and it serves it's intended purpose. Wanted/Needed touch screen for remote applications and it works well. The touch screen actually surprised me in regards to its accuracy...not bad at all. The wireless card strength card is weak at 2.4, but at 5 it's fine. Glad I got the SSD drive, used one with the 5400 drive and it was not nearly as snappy as this one. All in all i'm happy as I got it at a good price. Not crazy about the mouse though, Don't really like the buttons integrated into the glide pad, after a month I'm still trying to get used to it. Keep making the screen bigger and smaller. Oh well...just some thoughts.

I was debating between a new laptop and a tablet. This convertible is the best of both worlds. Very versatile and lightweight. And with SSD it is lightening fast.

Great laptop. Display is super clean & bright. Super fast boot up & runs programs super fast. Great for videos & work.

I bought this laptop 3 weeks ago, and I had always problem with watching online movies, etc. It takes long to open even yahoo page. I used to think this is my WiFi modem problem until tonight that I bring my old Dell laptop home and realized how good is my connection to the internet. It is more than 14 days that I bought this. I don't know how to give it back :-(.

Terrific solid-state laptop for the money. It is difficult to find another product that gives you the features such as this to see the solid-state laptop . This was marked down at our local Best Buy and I own a similar model as this one was purchased for use for a family member. Boot up time is extremely quick. Having the number keypad on the keyboard is also nice. I have not had any issues with the system and again did not see another product in the same price range that offered this much value. I would not hesitate to suggest purchasing this laptop.

It was about time I joined the rest of the world in getting a fast computer. I'm a freelance writer. My old economy style computer was okay for six years ago but the hard drive crashed and it was time. I spent more money for this Toshiba Radius but the speed differential is fantastic-- especially with the way I need to work. Soooo glad I got the solid state drive. The Terabyte deficit doesn't bother me b/c there are so many alternatives. I'd much rather have the speed which still amazes me. I feel kind of foolish that I didnt' get an I7 Intel chip and an SSD long ago. I wasted so much time and productivity. This works very well with Windows 10 and I'm happy. Also, I bought this when there was a temporary price drop of nearly $300 bucks so...

This has been the worst laptop ever! At 9 months the screen started to flicker so I sent it back to Toshiba at my expense and they fixed it. Now 4 months later the screen doesn't work at all and out of warranty. When it did work the touch pad was so sensitive that the cursor would fly around all over the page. I called to try and get that fixed to no avail. I will go back to HP Laptops as I have never had a problem with them. Never again Toshiba! Your product is terrible.

This laptop is a Great unit I got on sale on black Friday week. If you want the best deal from Best Buy look online that week! The units they have in store are different models and sales than the best buy online store. Stay away from Marketplace vendors on computers. If you want the best experience, buy directly from Best Buy's website so you have Zero hassles in case there is a hardware or software issue that happens during the initial warranty period.

The resolution is so clear. Wonderful quality!!!!!

I'm not much of a tech guy, but this laptop does everything I need it to and more. The screen resolution on this is amazing, watching movies on an airplane with this laptop makes it really enjoyable.

With the expert advice of the Best Buy sales associate, I made the perfect chioice for my personal laptop.

So far so good. Bought it for my mom who has some struggles with new technology. So far she said it was working great. The trackpad was really annoying at first cause the zoom in and out was way too sensitive. But once I figured out how to shut that off, it was much better.

This is a pretty nice laptop! It's light and very fast!

I had an old lap top when I was told about the Toshiba from an IT guy. It is amazing and my favorite feature right now is the lighted key board although I am sure there will be many many others

I have had this device for close to a month and so far it has performed as expected. I have noticed the WiFi signal is weak when running on battery, though I suspect that is due to the power saving settings. When connected to power, the signal is as good as any other device I have. The screen is vibrant and crisp when full brightness but a little difficult to read when running at a lower level. It takes a little getting used to the 4K resolution. My only real complaint would be the sharp corners and edges. These are literally painful when holding on lap or in arm. I also think the ridge around the top of the base is going to subject to damage with minimal usage. I was originally looking at the 1TB version of this device but found the SSD option for just $50 more. I don't need much storage space so this was a real bargain for me. Overall I have been happy with this purchase so far.

first computer had power cord troubles, wouldn't charge computer. Ordered part, still didn't work. Took back computer. BB ordered new. now a month later, I have the new computer. charged overnight. wouldn't hold a charge and wont turn on, even while power cord plugged in.

I received this computer and within 20 minutes of use, nothing worked. The touch pad did not work, the mouse would not select any programs and I could not even manually start the computer or open the task manager to evaluate what the problem was. Terrible computer I'm incredibly mad and disappointed. I've looked forward to using this computer a couple weeks now and it literally does not do anything and I can't fix it.
