PROS: -Great screen -Fast SSD -Fast i7 that has not been throttled in any way -Decent keyboard (some keys are small, but you get used to it pretty quickly) CONS: -Mid-range build quality: it's good enough, but no where near the quality of HP, Apple, or Lenovo's top-tier products; it feels a bit flimsy in the hands, has rough edges in places, etc. Ultimately, it does not feel like it would survive much rough handling. -THE TOUCHPAD DOES NOT WORK. This is a known issues that affects MANY or even most Radius 12 laptops. It might take a few days to set in, but eventually you'll get a non-responsive cursor every minute or so. It is pretty much unusable. There is a fix, however, but it requires opening the laptop and adding an additional grounding wire to the trackpad. Toshiba used cheap grounding tape instead of a proper copper wire soldered to the trackpad and chassis. I'm almost always near an outlet, so this doesn't bother me too much. But for others who need longevity, this laptop just won't cut it. BOTTOM LINE: This really is a FAST computer. I had a Lenovo Yoga 900 with the exact same specs and it definitely couldn't keep up with the Radius 12. But odds are the mouse pad will fail and you'll have to do a little handiwork to fix it. And the build quality ain't much to speak of. I just don't get that jolt of pleasure holding this thing in my hands that I do from a Surface Pro or an HP Spectre. If you like your computer have a lux feel to it, Toshiba is not your brand.

I bought this laptop 2 days ago for USD 899 under best buy clearance deal.This laptop is perfect on paper: 6th gen i7, 4k Screen, USB C etc. However, the trackpad on this laptop is horrible to say the least. it constantly freezes and inadvertently clicks on links which would create frustration for any user. I have searched Toshiba technical assistance webpage and have read lots of online discussions and couldn't find any solution. Now I know why there was USD 300 off on this laptop. Conclusion: Laptop with great features which cant be used as the trackpad is horrible!

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this computer. I ignored all the reviews discussing the trackpad issues and bought it anyways. Now I am past the return window and the trackpad is simply unsable. It will randomly stop responding. The function keys on the keyboard will stop responding as well. Toshiba's only reccomendation is to do a factory reset. Did one, still having the same issues. Don't be fooled by the discount. Just like another reviewer mentioned, there is a reason for it.

I love the PC, it's fast, beatiful and light. really happy with my purchase.

Pleased with this laptop's performance with great screen resolution. Excellent if you want something lightweight and easy to carry around.
