I love the sleek design the amount of memory and the size of the hard drive are just what the doctor ordered absolutely love it and the Windows 10 is amazing.

This wasn't the laptop we went into the store looking to buy, we were going for something with a more affordable price point after searching online. Turned out the one we wanted was out of stock but we found our way over to this laptop and we are not disappointed. Very nice and thin and sleek looking laptop, easy to transport. High quality HD graphics. Backlit keyboard was a bonus we really liked. Nice operating system and memory, happy to be running windows 10. Love the easy convertible 2-in-1 laptop to tablet. Using this for the occasional bring home work assignments but mostly for entertainment in movies, gaming and surfing the web. We're very happy with this purchase :)

This 2in1 laptop is fast, the mouse pad was updated on 8/09/15 and that fixed the problem with the zoom feature being too sensitive. I enjoy every minute I use this laptop. The windows 10 is nice and I stay connected to the wifi without a problem. The speakers are loud and clear. Running MS Office 2010 on it without any problems.

Beautiful and fast! Keyboard lights are led! No drive...cant find printer that 2 other laptops are using!? Microsoft spent 2 hrs trying to figure it out...phone call was dropped and Never heard back from them!

Quality of construction, speed, features made this a "no brainer" decision. Together with a discounted price that was cheaper than smaller units that use a lesser processor and I was sold. While I would have preferred a 14 inch screen size for portability and weight, the larger screen is helpful in working on excel worksheets. Any consideration of screen size was addressed by the price/value of this model. Battery life and tablet mode makes it usable on an airplane. Still have to get used to Windows 10 but this will come in time.

I like my computer. I am a freshman who just started college so I purchased this computer at the beginning of the school year. I wanted a computer that would run many programs and that could potentially be used for graphic design. It has great storage and can take some getting used to, but I am very satisfied with it!

The computer is beautiful, colors are bright and crisp, and the sound is incredible from the HK speakers. Am a little surprised at the difficulty of converting MP4 files/pics for Power Director, especially from a Windows phone and GoPro. Minimal info is available online to troubleshoot. Also having issues with the mouse sticking, especially when dragging photos in PD. We have only turned the computer off twice because it takes an hour to boot up for some reason. Wish it had a CD drive and touchpad scroll feature but will live with external attachments. Too nice of a computer (and pricey) to have these types of issues right out of the box.

I love this computer, I was scared to buy it, because I am not computer literate. I know how to use Microsoft office, but, other than than, I don't have experience using a computer and understanding processors, and all that stuff. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get to places as I use to know how to...but as with all things, practice makes perfect. I am sooooo glad that I purchased this computer...it is everything and more...I"m still learning how to use it and how to make it work for me..but I am learning fast...I love it!!!! It is fast, and the ten-key pad is what I really enjoy. I need to enter a lot numbers and the ten key pad was a awesome plus!!

Purchased as a replacement for my Lenovo i3, Windows 7 computer. This new i7, Windows 10 computer is much faster, smoother and a very solid performer. Would have given it 5 stars if the documentation was more comprehensive.... especially Windows 10 documentation.

Great laptop for anyone. The processor is fast and there's plenty of storage. The 2&1 feature is great(ram is more than enough for average user). Con : i wanted an Ethernet port. Happy with purchase.

This laptop is well priced for its fast processor (i7), large storage space (1TB), high quality built in speakers, and touch screen features. Definately recommended for PC users!

Personally I love the look the the laptop. Specs are great for My needs and wants, and it performs as I expected it. I play basic PC games, they run great and I can do lots of other activities with no problem. I did not give the review 5 stars because I did have to return in the first day I got it because of start up issues and Wi-Fi problems. After I returned it and got a new one I've had no problems with it since (been about 3 months with it so far). I would recommend this for anyone who wants something just a little for powerful than a normal laptop but not for a Hardcore gamer who wants highest graphics setting or extreme speed. Great laptop, low price, great performance, and portable.

I've had this laptop since August and I'm just now putting it to the test with a huge project. I love that I can have four programs open at once, and have them actually work at a good speed. I have had sub-par laptops because I didn't think I needed the top of the line, but my husband said I do so much, I needed a great laptop. He was right! I get so much more done with no swearing at my computer. The only weird thing is that when I would right click on the track pad, it was a hard click. I had to put extra pressure for it to work. So now trackpad just went out. I can't right-click anymore. It's going to the geek squad after this project. I have to buy a mouse to finish my job. We always buy geek squad protection. It's still under the warranty too. So if you buy this laptop, beware of the hard right click thing. Otherwise, I love this thing.

Great laptop for the value. Fast and efficient. Keyboard is good but lacks some definition. Track pad is a bit tricky. Will continue to work with it but for now I'll use my external mouse.

It's been great. Keyboard is so-so. Trackpad is good and touchscreen is good. Our kids used it for years, especially with educational online games.

Out of the box...on my lap...good to go! I have only had one problem. After initial setup was unable to access wifi. Ran it past the BestBuy and a tech updated a drive (at counter-top, for free!) and I have had no problems thereafter!

being used for college, the light weight makes it easy to carry around. and its fast so we don't have to waist time waiting for programs to load. great laptop.

windows 10 blows the doors off 8.1, we have our start buttoon back but can still use apps. no optical drive (but most software doesn't come that way anymore). just remember in case you use DVD's for backup - you will need an external DVD writer. i bought it for the dedicated number pad, you can't beat the price for an i7 machine
