This laptop has a lot of memory and run smoothly on and off the internet. I use it for personal and business and it runs great.

This laptop has everything that I want and need on it. However, the first version of this laptop I purchased was defective because it was extremely slow and the apps would not work. It took me over an hour the first time I even tried to turn in on. I traded it in for another, and this one seems to be working perfectly. I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed.

Either we were unlucky to find the only 2 lemons out there, or Toshiba makes a very bad product. We purchased this computer, it crashed during the set up process. The Geek Squad would not fix it, just wanted us to return it. So we returned it, and the second computer did the set up fine, but the next time we turned it on, it would not work. 2 lemons. Needless to say, we returned the second computer and purchased a different computer from a different company. This was the computer that the floor staff recommended to us. I can't imagine how horrible the rest of the computers are!

The only thing I would add to this product is an internal optical drive that reads and writes CD/DVD. I had to purchase an external optical drive, and for the price, this one should have had one. No-one else comes close to the configuration of this laptop for the price.

Touch screen laptops has been fun to learn the new windows.. The computer has been great the first week.

i recently purchased a new Toshiba branded laptop featuring the new window10 OS / the laptop offers touch screen capabilities/ the monitor is very big for easy web browser navigating/ video game playing/ the specs are very good..... Ex: RAM is 10GBs/ BestBuy had this to purchase for $750 which i felt was a very good buy.

Needed to upgrade and replace old laptop. So far so good with the upgraded features, such as Win10.

This is my first touchscreen laptop and I love it. The screen resolution is very nice and the keyboard is comfortable too. I'm still getting used to Windows 10. So far so good. I'm just an average user and so far this laptop fits my needs just fine.

This computer so far is great and very mobile but able to change its direction at the turn of the screen. It is fast and has a lot of storage to keep up with the grandkids videos and movies as well. It is good at providing different actions and for web control with surfing. It seems to be great for all activities.

Easy to set up and begin using. Laptop for my wife and was light as can be for her to carry.

Product functions as expected.No optical drive, functions fast, dependable and intuitive.

Price point compared to other comparable laptops is a great value. The construction feels really solid, much improved from other Toshibas I have had in the past and better than most of the 2-in-1s I tried. Although I did not have setup issues like other users, the computer does not seem to perform anywhere near the specs of the hardware. I am hoping it is software issues following the release of Windows 10 that will be resolved soon as it is too late to return the laptop. There is also a widespread issue with the Intel Wi-Fi chip leading to subpar Wi-Fi connections (old computer, phone, and laptop all get far better connections sometimes over 10x the speed), but many other new computers use the same chip. If you typically use your computer at a far distance from your router, I'd suggest holding out until they resolve this or find a laptop with a different chip.

Easy set-up, light weight, portable, love the touch screen and ease of use.

Got this laptop as a gift. I would really really like to have an Ethernet port, but it does not have one. Also, a DVD player to watch movies on the awesome screen. Overall, excellent laptop/tablet, just missing some things I'd like to have.

Great screen resolution and works great with several programs running.

Purchased 2 laptops, 1 for my sister and 1 for myself. We both needed them for school since we are taking online classes. We both love our laptops! They are easy to use and they look great! We both the fact that its touch screen and it can become a tablet as well.
