To replace an older laptop I first purchased 2 HP laptops After both had trouble with wifi returned to the store. This one works great after a complete test of everything I'm happy with it! It came with Win 10 & after getting used to it no problems.

I bought the Toshiba because of the faster processer and I was able to get a good price on sale compared to my other choice. I wanted a little smaller screen that the 15", but now that I have it, I'm glad I went with the larger. I read some reviews about difficulty getting set up and I was a little worried, but I have had no problems at all with the PC. I don't use the tablet feature much because for me it's a just too big for that use, but I have used it some and other than being cumbersome as a tablet it performs excellently. Windows 10 is taking some getting used to as well, but now I seem to be able to do whatever I want. Definitely a good machine.

I recently purchased this laptop to take with me to school. I was very impressed with the performance of this laptop. One of my favorite qualities of this laptop is the ability to transform into a tablet. I would recommend this laptop to any one of my friends

Bought this Toshiba laptop on the release date, July 29th. This laptop was used to replace my Surface Pro 3 that just couldn't get it done. Battery lasts as long, if not longer, than the listed 7 hrs. Hinges are sturdy no matter what angle the screen is placed. With the i7 and solid graphics card, this laptop does anything and everything from playing pc games like DayZ, to casual web searches, and also video streaming. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Great except the Intel AC Wireless card

I bought and recommended a total of 3 of these for family members over the Holidays. After sinking more than 36 hours of troubleshooting and setting up these, I kept getting complaints of sluggish performance from the family. I finally came across quite a few forums discussing the issues related to the Intel Wireless card performing well close to a hotspot and then degrading in performance as you left the vicinity of the wireless router, unless it was a specific group of AC wireless routers. Since the family had whatever Comcast decided to give them, getting a new one was not a cost effective option. I verified this over and over again in different houses compared to both phones and other laptops. Since Windows 10 connects to the internet for everything, this resulted in sluggish performance despite the specs. Too bad because everything else about this Laptop is top notch for the price. Recently they released another driver for the Wireless card but I no longer have the laptops to test. Hope this helps, also, this card is used in other laptops by other manufacturers, it is an Intel AC 7260 series. When shopping you can go to the Control Panel in Windows 10 and then click on the Blue hyperlink to take you to the Device Manager. There you can click on the Network Adapter and see if this is listed. Again, they did release an updated driver that I cannot confirm if it did fix the issue.

Thank you for the review, ooflakie and sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi problem on your Satellite P55W-C5204.

If Windows is displaying a "limited" or "no connectivity" message or indicating "no Internet access" even though you know that your Wi-Fi router is connected to the Internet, there's a fix for which is normally installed automatically by Windows Update. This may be the wireless driver to which you were referring.

Microsoft's support article at support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114149 explains details about the symptom, cause, and how to implement the solution. Toshiba also has a Support Bulletin at www.support.toshiba.com/sscontent?contentId=4008443 with detailed instructions on how to manually implement the solution.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the trouble. Toshiba

This is my first Windows 10 computer, so I am going to try it this week in my work for the first time and hope all goes well. However, I have had 5 Toshiba laptops (with Windows 95, Windows 98, Millenium, XP and now Windows 10)

Keyboard doesn't disable on tablet mode and the screen rotation lock is permanently on therefore you have to manually rotate the screen. Therefore technically, not a 2 in1 just a touchscreen laptop. Had to jump to hoops and fire rings for Best buy to extend my return/exchange period because I bought it and brought it with me to Medical School in the Caribbean. Their solution for the first 2 days of arguing: "you'd have to fly back and go to the store where you purchased it within the next 2 days in order for us to be able to exchange it." No wonder they are losing costumers.

Wonderful and fast laptop. The features are great and has a sturdy screen that can be easily flipped. Only negatives is the weight. Also when I open the laptop it always goes to the Toshiba screen and takes a while to open from sleep mode.

The flexibility of the Toshiba Satellite Radius is great. This is my first four in one computer and it has the versatility I need for school and work. It came with Windows 10 which is a bit clunky and not as intuitive as Windows 7 but fairly easy to get used to. All in all, a good purchase.

HAD this laptop for a week now and I'm very happy with it. Smooth and fast operation does everything I need it to do and more. Runs cool compared to every other laptop I have ever own. Love the screen and the speakers sound great for a laptop. Was worried about not having a disc drive but I can't even remember the last time I had to use one. The program I need to add to is like Microsoft office don't even come with a disc just the code to download them. Sweet buy money well spent.

After years of being faithful to Dell, I needed a change. After extensive product reviews and comparisons and driving the sales people at Best Buy crazy with my 100 questions I decided to get the Toshiba. So far so good. Didn't want to spend as much as I did but I'm not mad that I did.

So far I'm extremely happy with this Toshiba. I was hesitant because I've had Toshiba laptop in the past and had a lot of trouble with it...but the specs on this, as well as the price, made me give it a second look. I'me very glad I did!! So far it's doing very well on all fronts...good speed, great graphics, easy to carry, everything is very well done. If I had one complaint it would be a very minor design flaw, if you want to call it that, the lid doesn't have an easy tab or indentation or anything that would make it a little easier to open...but like I said, that's such a small thing it's hardly worth mentioning. Overall, Toshiba has really stepped up their game!! Color me tickled pink!!!

Excellent for the price and quality products from Toshiba, I am using Toshiba laptops since 1999 and none of them failed on me, just high end configuration took them over year after year.
